My mother was at this place. They charged her much higher than it was originally announced. Burned her hair. Her head was itching all night - burned her head skin too. Colour tone was not that she wanted and clearly explained to the hairdresser named Tatyana. They promised to fix everything at any time but when my mom tried to make an appointment - Tatyana said she was busy and had no time for my mom. Who does that?! Terrible service. Don’t go to this place!

Came across this place while walking on St Laurent and decided to give it a try (their prices are amazing) and I must say that it did not disappoint. I had a haircut with Zena and she was very good and had great attention to detail. Definitely will cut my hair with her again. Very happy with the result and recommend to all!

Tatyana has explempary techniques in hair color and cut. She brought my hair back to life. Fantastic color and cut. I would fly back into the country for her services!
