a retailer that you can't trust at all, they refuse to return damaged products and the parts and missing, don't get anything in here.

The pkg is very hard to open, and when I open it and found the model is damaged, they refuse to return.

I travel all over the U.S & Canada and I stop into a lot of hobby shops as I travel. I'm a collector and my wife and I have a modest collection of import sport cars ... Jaguar, Lotus & Maserati. I collect items (diecasts) of the same autos and display them with the cars. Yoma's is one of the BEST diecast stores I have ever been in ANYWHERE!WOW! Incredible selection of so many makes and models. The best selection of Schuco diecasts I have ever seen!The young lady there was super nice and super helpful.I wish I could give ten stars ... this place is FANTASTIC!

The model should have been inspected before it was shipped out to ensure that it was in good condition. Though the external packaging was not intact, I believe that the damage was caused prior to packaging. I shouldn't have trusted the seller too much and let my child open the difficult packaging. However, who would have thought that the model would arrive damaged? At first I hope to resolve this issue in a cooperative manner, and a return or exchange would be a reasonable solution, but the store just refuse to do so. I am extremely disappointed by your response that we are lying and saying it was the kid who damage it. It is totally unacceptable. We have been honest about the damage to the model and have provided evidence to support our claim. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and honesty. Your refusal to acknowledge the issue and your unfounded accusations are unacceptable. I hope that you will reconsider your position.

We got products in this store and shipped to our home, but first the box is very hard to open and we found the parts are missing, they refuse to return the damaged product at all. unbelievable.
