Car was at Shamrock for 3 weeks. Never got any updates on my vehicle. Just me calling every week and got told they will call me back later and they never did it.I gave up and went to pick up my vehicle. In those 3 weeks, they only put in 1 hour of work into it and said they couldnt find the issue and tried to bill me 190$.Took it to another shop and they found issue the day of my appointment.

This place literally saved me thousands of dollars vs. taking it to the dealer. Staff is knowledgable and friendly, service was fast and ready when they said it would be. 10/10 would take my lemon there again.

I brought my car here with a low oil pressure light on, the car had a code reader mounted to the dash, so I know there are no codes in the ecm. So I specifically asked to have the oil pressure tested on the engine, which would confirm a bad sensor or an actual issue. They charged me $180 and gave my car back saying they fixed a wire". Low oil pressure light came back on immediately. I called to ask if they checked the oil pressure and the service writer had no idea

The best service I have ever encountered in my life. Very friendly. They are talkative. I don't get the feeling that i'm treated like a number. Weyher it is in the main shop or the BODYSHOP or the tirecraft next door, all under the same owner. My pick up is getting old and guess who will see me around over and over..

I highly recommend this shop. After getting a diagnostic at Ford and receiving an outrageous quote I called Shamrock. Ford was going to do unneeded repairs and over charge for the ones I did need.After my truck was repaired at Shamrock I had a few questions. They were knowledgeable and polite. If I ever need repairs in Fort Mcmurray again this will be my first stop.Thanks again to everyone at Shamrock!!
