CIBC Branch with ATM

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. The front desk was talking to me was extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Makes me want to close my account with cibc. I want to cancel my mortgage with CIBC.

The worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. I’ve been having a problem with my account where I got charged money ($5) out of nowhere. I went in to ASK why it was happening and the lady said “you want a refund? It’s not even that much.” The way she was talking to me was very disrespectful and dismissive. Makes me want to close my account with cibc.

Adamant and arrogant front desk associate Shreya. I was there to pick up a draft and she said it's not available and didn't bother to check with anyone else even after I requesting it twice. The draft was lying right there but she didn't bother to take a look and lied to me that there's no one to enquire with! Really, is this your customer service CIBC? For a 2 minute job, I wasted an hour. There was no one in the lineup next, so it wasn't a busy time. Overall a Pathetic experience. She didn't even care to apologize!

Worst customer service at any CIBC in the city avoid if possible. Lost my debit card on a Friday evening and they refused me service saying they were closed at 4:59 pm.There were still people in line and talking but they refused. I will never use this location again because of these heartless customer service agents. Also considering closing my account because no bank that supports these type of people deserves my business.

Jiho was amazing. He solved my problem promptly and perfectly! He is very kind and extremely reliable. I am happy to have him in CIBC.

This absolutely the worst branch/bank I have ever dealt with. Rude staff closed my account. I tried to speak to the manager to fix my issues but I had no luck unfortunate for them I switched to credit Union with no monthly fees or headaches.

As a new CIBC customer that had never been to any of their branches before, I went to this location today to activate my card at the ATM and then to the counter for a simple question. At noon, there was only one teller there. I had no expectations rather than a short, straightforward Q&A conversation. What a terrible first impression it turned out to be! This young lady is very rude with an obvious condescending tone. It almost felt like every sentence I spoke was stupid and annoying to her. I wonder why she chose to become a customer service rep if she hates to talk to customers so much. It was no surprise that I read so many negative comments here. Should I continue to use CIBC when its customer service is terrible and unhelpful? No chance!

Alissa Hill was amazing! Helped us with credit card fraud, 3 other branches brushed us off. Alissa Hill was patient, kind and extremely professional Cibc is lucky to have her.

I completed an online application for new bank account two weeks ago. CIBC sent me an email to ask me to go to the bank bringing ONE piece of ID. I went to the bank a few days after with my ID, but the teller at the branch told me my account wasn't set up yet and I will need to go in a second time in a few days. I came back a second time the next week hoping to get my account set up. They had me waiting for half an hour before someone can help me set up the account. The teller helping me told me I needed two pieces of ID but I only brought one because the email instructions said so, to bring 1 piece of ID. She couldn't help me since i only brought one piece of ID. I was mad and so I went home right away and got my second piece of ID and returned to the bank right after, for my third visit. When I reached there the lady is attending someone else and couldn't help me. Nobody else who works in the branch knows how to set up a new account for client, they didn't ask me to book an appointment if they knew they would be busy. They asked me to come in whenever I have time but couldn't attend to me. And I wasted so much time waiting, wasted time to go there and for three trips they still couldn't get my account set up. And I have to go one more time! This is ridiculous and worst experience ever that I had with a bank. Would not recommend at all. Wished I can give no stars.
