Je recommande fortement. Prix très abordable . Le travailleur est à l'écoute et professionnel. Pas besoin de dépenser des centaines de dollars pour de l'encre, il remplit ta cartouche est s'est une meilleure qualité d'impression et ecologique. Tout le monde est heureux, j'aurais aimé connaître cette place plus tôt.

Horrible experience. They offer guarantee satisfied or money back I returned to the store for the ink I bought didn't work always said empty...my printer didn't like that. I didnt get my money back Andi was told to bring my printer to the store so they can check it. I work and have kids, have no time for nonsensical stores like this. Make sure you have money to blow if u shop here.....

Bon rien à dire sur le service, le propriétaire est vraiment chill. Sauf que quand je me suis fais remplir ma cartouche , je l'ai mise dans mon imprimante hp, ça dit que c'était rempli à moitié. Ensuite, j'ai acheté les cartouches avec le logo vert écono, mon imprimante ne l'a juste pas détecter. Le problème peut certes venir de mon imprimante. Ou ce genre de cartouche n'est peut-être pas fait pour être rempli. Mais dans mon cas, cette éventualité que j'ai essayé pour sauver de l'argent par rapport à l'encre n'a pas marché.

I found this place online and was very happy to see that their prices were half the price that dell was asking for. I thought I'd give it a try and so I bought cartridges in all colors for my laser printer. The first box I opened was a black cartridge. When I placed it in the machine it told me the cartridge was empty. I tried taking it out and putting it in many times thinking there must be a mistake. I could not get it to work. I called the owner and told him my problem. He told me he would send me a new one which he did. I thought wow what amazing service!! A month later my magenta cartridge ran out, so I put in a new one. Not even 2 weeks later (and not having used the color part of the printer) it told me the cartridge was empty. I took out and put back in, no luck! Then the same thing happened when I changed the other color cartridge. I called the owner and he told me I had already done this and that there was nothing he could do, if it says its empty, it empty! I opened the cartridge myself and it was still FULL of powder. I explained this to him and he gave me the same answer. I decided to stop by the store to show him but he was not there. I showed the employee the cartridges and he just stared at me like he didn't know what I was talking about. He called the owner and after talking for 10 minutes in Arabic, he handed me the phone. The owner once again repeated the same spiel about if the chip said its empty, then its empty. I opened it and showed the employee that the cartridge was full so he could tell his boss this. But he didn't want to hear anything I had to say. I left the cartridges with him and called him 2 weeks later to see if I could get them back. He told me he sent them to the company (which I doubt) and the company told him that the chip said they were empty but I called the company he gets them from (because I used to do business with them) and they told me to send them back with a shipping label THEY provided and they would send me new ones. The guy made his money off me and brushed me off, when all he had to do was return the cartridges to the manufacturing company and they would have worked it out for us. I will never do business with this company EVER again. Beware.........
