Small store located in a gas station, so somewhat kimited menu, but still awesome. They always get my drink perfect and my dog loves the plain Timbits. Lineups can be longer during peak times but the staff work efficiently and are always friendly so I don't mind the wait.

One of the worst in the region, always few choices, missing food, and usually spend minimum 15 minutes of wait time here. Most of the cashiers are polite, but some of them won't even say hello/good bye or thanks . I would say this is the second worst Tim's in Gatineau in the past years.With pandemic currently on, they removed more than half of their menu items it seems, including croissants and other basic baked goods.Lot's of work needed here

On week days, the service, friendliness and quality is beyond reproach. Things seem to get a little out of hands during the weekends when the part-timers run the show and often struggle to keep up and, even in that scenario, they do very well despite long waiting times.The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because of the shop's awkward drive through layout which has, on more than one occasion, let some hapless idiot cut in line.

Often broken machines. Happened often that they couldn't serve something because they are out of it. Doesn't have cheese croissants just what I love... and often nothing left in timbits and dounts. Need more love and work around to ensure that you have all what to serve customers.Also didn't really like the drive thru way how it's made. Got people to cut us because of this *open* spot...But anyways still order there because it's the closest to me. Yes I know that there are another on Laurentides exit and one another little further on Maloney.

They fixed the drive thru so alot less people are cutting each other off. The staff is amazing! They need more workers but they are still able to work in a timely manner!

A concernedThat Tim Horton on Les Sables, Gatineau is the worst of all TH I have been visiting to order my meal.I live near by and everytime I go to the drive through and asked for a Sesame bagel, they NEVER have the Sesame bagel, so I have to drive all the way to the one on Malhoney street or on Labrosse street to order the bagel I preferred that I know I'll get.What's the problem for them to prepare and have all the different Bagels to that Tim Horton???Very unconvenient.Is someone will look to solve that issue?Unsatisfied client.Monique

3 times tiis weekend I'm going there and they give me the wrong order... had to trough 2 lunches because I didn't like it ans I was to far to turn around to get the right order..... very disappointed.

Ok, service in Tims is slower when you go to the counter to order, most probably because longer lineups ar drive through, that they prioritize, because of the Covid.
