Budget Truck Rental

Been renting for 3 weeks nor i think they could have done a better discount after my rental i've extended will be 3 extra weeks on wendsday so a month total. No extra monthly rate not cool! but great vehicle!

People traveling alone with kids beware!!!...If I could give zero stars I would...Being an organized mom I called in advance to book a car because I would be needing an infant car seat and a toddler car seat.When I arrived in Regina it was -30. Normal winter weather. With my hands full( baby straped to me in a carrier, pushing a toddler in an umbrella stroller, diaper backpack on my back and towing our suitcase in hand) I assumed that the car would be ready for me seeing as I called weeks in advance. Boy was I wrong..The young guy at the counter took my credit card gave me the car keys and then he noticed I needed car seats he went into the back and proceeded to hand me a toddler car seat and a booster seat.. I had to explain that I needed a toddler car seat and an infant car seat... the guy gave me a blank look.He then got on a phone and called another guy and I was told someone would meet me at the car with a infant car seat. Cool.. NOT! The guy at the desk then explained to me where to find the car.. Yes so just go out the front doors cross two cross walks turn left follow the side walk then make a right and then it's the last parking lot. He then handed me the booster seat for my 2.5year old, wait what?! I then asked for help getting out to the car and he said he couldn't because he was the only one there... Oh great, so it's -30 out and you want me to carry everything I am already carrying and now a booster seat. So I bundle up my toddler and wrap my scarf around my infant strapped to me. I make my way out to the car in -30. With my now screaming baby and toddler because it is so cold out. I finally make it to the car by setting off it's alarm. Another young guy meets me at the car with a toddler seat.. I explain that I need an infant car seat like I requested when I called weeks ago.. he said that's all they have and leaves it at the car and walks away... oh wow thanks! So after struggling to get to the car I now have to install two car seats into the car with my screaming children in -30 weather. I manage to get the frozen doors open and start the car put my baby and toddler in the front seat then turn on the seat heaters. Shut the doors put everything in the trunk and set to work putting the car seats in. Toddler seat first. Toddler in seat and wrapped in a blanket one down one to go. Now the other toddler seat for my infant strapped after changing the settings so it will be rear facing so it will be safer for my baby. I notice that there is no where to anchor the back tether of the carseat. Oh wonderful. So I Jimmy rig it so it works. I can not stress enough how upset I was and still am. This was the most ridiculous thing I have ever experienced. I understand that yes they might not have been legally allowed to install the car seats. But to give me the incorrect seats after calling ahead to reserve the right ones and then having to make my way out to the car alone. I figured they would have at least brought the car to the front door of the air port. What a joke. That is completely unacceptable. I have since called and spoken to a manager. Who just said sorry and nothing more. Now I have cancelled my next reservation and will be taking my business elsewhere. I will also be telling everyone and anyone who asks about car rental companies to never use Budget.Sincerely,Extremely disappointed customer.

Terrible place to rent a car. Makes absolutely no difference what car you pick online. I picked a small car and they only had SUV's available. I asked them to waive the gas fee since it's not the car we asked for and they did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue. This is the second time this has happened here. The car itself also has a malfunction error which the attendant didn't tell us about. I do not recommend this place at all.

Guys at the Airport, loved them, last year had booked an online reservation for a sedan, when I went there they asked me if I could wait 30 minutes and then upgraded me for an SUV with the per day pricing as Same as a sedan as they were not available even after booking online days ago.In January this year was at the airport flights were delayed and then got canceled due to snowstorm so just walked to the counter and requested for a Truck Mid Size and it was right away booked and reserved With no Hassle, just Driving License & $500 Credit availability& then wanted it to extend it from 3 to 5 days and it was very easy just call in and no hassle again.Returning the car was also easy just park it and drop of the keys and they would check you out without you been waiting out there.Don’t know about the Negative reviews on here but my experience was great.

Bad place to rent a car five min late to pick up car and they were closed didn't even call

Worst service, I booked a car online & they didn't had that car; on top of they are so arrogant and unprofessional. This whole experience effected my plans during my short trip at Regina.

I give one star because you cannot rent cargo van one way.

They said online I can pay debit card but when I come they said no!!!

Very bad serviceI booked vehicle and was quoted and told by 3 different agents different prices . So misleading information and nobody tried to be empathic enough to say sorry as well and when returned the vehicle charged got three times out of the account due to the misleading info and since over a month expecting the return . Will never plan my trip with budget from now onwards . Such a bad client service all they care for is money.
