Like the other review says - Jamie is a first class guy for sure! He was clutch in towing my car on New Years day in no time, went the extra mile to ensure my vehicle was not only towed to the dealership but also went back to drop off the keys directly into the hands of the dealership to explain the issue to them and avoid further damage being done, and then followed up with me to confirm my vehicle was repaired and good to go. Not many loyal and respectable people out there like him anymore! Thank you soo much!

Definitely would recommend and use again, Portage Towing gets the job done and goes the extra mile for you.I was literally stuck in a mud road between two fields. I first called a separate tow company who stated it would be impossible to get me out.They recommended Portage Towing as the one guy who can possibly get the job done. He risked getting his own vehicle stuck in a large mud puddle to reach me and helped pull my vehicle to safety. (He even drove around the other side to make sure I made it out of the field in one piece)

I called them many times. Not only to tow my car. But, my friends' cars too. The tow guy is very friendly. He didn't charge for us whenever we call also he don't take much time to reach to us. Overall its good.

Very professional and definitely willing to help, best service I’ve received! He picked up my car on the highway, and made sure it was ready for us in the morning with no problems! Definitely recommend his service!!!

I had a very not nice phone call with one gentleman…I phoned to let him know I left my keys in my vehicle, as it needed to be towed due to dead battery and flat tire…He answered the phone “portage towing”I proceeded to give the reason I was calling,He then felt the need to yell at stating that he told my husband he would call me when he was done with RCMP…I understand that people get overwhelmed and busy but being yelled at was not on my list of things I wanted today…Made my already bad day even not better..Hoping this gentleman had a better day after making mine even worse

Jamie is the absolute best. He went above and beyond helping us when we were stranded on the Trans Canada highway just off the exit to Protage La Prairie, Manitoba. It was blizzard-like conditions and -42 windchill and Jamie did everything possible to help our family. Unlike Kitsons (see my review of their service) Jamie did not drive off and leave us stranded. Thank you so much Jamie and if anybody is ever stranded and in need of a tow near Protage La Prairie, Portage Towing is the only one you should call.

Jamie is a first class guy. Came out on a Holiday at the drop of a hat. Very personable guy. Helped us get the vehicle repaired the next day when every one was closed. Service.. what can i say. Not many people like this guy around. Very lucky. Thank you again.
