Wanted to buy a dyson battery was told to called back in a week they would have itDid that, they did not have it after a week, was told I had to put a depositI was never told that.I did put a deposit, then saw the same thing on Amazon, try to cancel my deposit and they would not do it .Terrible business and customer service.First time shopping there and last one also

Do NOT take your repairs here! If I could rate it zero I would. I paid almost $70 to fix the wheels on my vacuum which kept falling off. They were replaced with used but “good condition” wheels since the parts are no longer available. One wheel fell off again after the first use. I brought it back and they replaced it with another wheel. Upon demonstrating that the wheel was staying on, off popped the wheel again. Then I was told there was no more they could do since parts are no longer available. I asked for my money back since they did not fix the problem and was told I was being very unreasonable and I could take my business elsewhere. Unbelievably terrible experience and an abusive discussion with the salesperson. I’m sorry I never got his name.Update: I just ordered NEW wheels from partswarehouse.com for $40 Canadian. I’ll have to wait for a bit for the parts but too bad that wasn’t offered as an option at Morrell’s.

Fantastic service! I was desperate to find a place to repair a very old dehumidifier and luckily found their name in the dehumidifier’s service manual. They were the only shop still open or willing to do repairs. We took it in the same day I called and they did their magic and by the next day it was ready to be picked up with a bill of only $140. Now, it’s running beautifully! Needing a dehumidifier daily because of asthma and other breathing conditions (and unable to just purchase a new one due to a sensitivity to new materials, especially plastics), this dehumidifier was terribly important and Arnie and the staff couldn’t have been nicer or more understanding. I will tell everyone I know to go to Morrell’s to have their appliances fixed. Thanks again to everyone at Morrell’s!

This business is so horrible. I would put zero starts if I could. I took my Miele powerhead in under warranty and the owner (Egor) said he will fixed it, but the powerhead is a low quality and I should buy a more powerful one. When I took my original home it still made a horrible noise and it wasn't fixed. I took it back and he said there was nothing wrong and still tried to upsell me on another powerhead. I tried showing him the noise and shrugged me off said that's the noise of it picking up dirt. He then refused to do anything and kicked me out of his store. I had to deal with Miele directly and go out of province for a repair shop. Once I sent the out of province a video of the powerhead, they immediately told me there is one of three things wrong with it and needs to be replaced. This business is very unprofessional, doesn't fix things and all they want to do is upsell you. Do not do business with them. Stay away!

Repair on my Kitchen Aid mixer was going to be around $75, certainly no more than $100. So said the guy behind the counter. So I gave him a deposit and 6 months later (in fairness, they did move locations) they called to say it was ready. The bill, after tax? $240! I wasn't even going to take it but it's the larger model and I can't get another one for that price. I would not have left it with him in the first place if he had quoted me that price. I felt ripped off and will not use them again.

On Nov 19-2022 , one of our co-worker’s went to get a vacuum bags for our place of business at Morrell’s Vacuum & Appliances at 1373 Pembina hwy ,when he returned had a hand written receipt for the purchase with NO tax . Had to go back for the second time to get a proper receipt and was confronted with extremely rude store person. Instead of an apology for wasting my time, got an attitude and tongue lashing . A shady business. Will never go back!!Ps, had to give one star. Nothing less than of one star.

0 stars if I could....These people are crooks! I recently brought my 15 year old Hoover vacuum in because the beater bar stopped working. Otherwise the machine itself worked perfectly well. I was charged 33.89 just to drop it off and diagnose the problem. They were advised that if it was more than $100. I would not fix it as I plan to buy a dyson and I could put that money towards it. I was assured that it wouldn't be and the 33.89 would be deducted from the cost of repair. When I picked the machine up I was charged 29.99 for the broken wire which caused the beater bar to stop working, plus an additional 79 dollars to clean, change belt and light bulb.... all things which were not asked for or needed! Since he claimed to fix everything that was wrong with it, I asked why the extension bar wasn't fixed? The response was he didn't know about it, he sends it out to the service guy, yet they seem to think replacing bulbs and belts that are not needed ok? All in after taxes 150.00 of unauthorized costs for a machine I paid 250.00 from Home Depot 15 years ago! For my inconvenience I was given a free bag valued at 9.99. Don't take your business here unless you enjoy being scammed.

Horrible experience with this company.Paid $44.00 for them to tell me my vac head was unfixable then sold me another that would be great for pet hair. Took it home and tried it on 4 different carpet even indoor outdoors carpets. Didn't work on any.Ph Igor, he said I would have to bring down my vac and that there was something wronge with it.Went down and proved to him infront of customers it did not work. He wouldn't help solve the problem and wouldn't return money after I did everything he asked me.He put my vaccum out the door and told me to leave.Im 68yrs old with server arthritis and hard for me to get out. Trying to do this for my 87yr old mother because she can't.Now no vaccum and out $184.00 with a lot of stress.Wish I could rate below 0.

Super friendly super helpful staff. Both locations. I will always defer to them when I have any vacuum questions. Now I know they also service and repair espresso machines. I will continue to visit this store.
