Our experience. If you are looking for someone to not cause further water problems in your home, I advise you not call this company. Here are the facts. First off the connections were not done properly and we had a problem with leaking right off the bat. When we contacted them. They said they had no availability for three weeks, leaving us with water leakage under the sink, and no filtered water for three weeks. We had to then deal with the situation at the time in our own. As we focused on the water filtration system under the sink, we did not check the connections they had worked on with this system that connected it to the fridge. A small leak was occurring without notice. Months later we come back to our summer home with a flood from the fridge. When we then again contacted water wise. They denied that they even were behind our fridge with responses “I don’t recall that...it’s not in our notes” and accused us of making it up. The water damage is extensive and the integrity of this company is non existent. They then continue to say, “well I have no availability”. If you are looking for someone who does quality work, stands my their work, and has any professional integrity, this may not be your best choice. We are left with the damage.

We got the iron filter, water pump and reverse osmosis systems done. From the estimate to the project done, they have been very efficient and responsible. They reply your call quickly. They are very professional in what they are doing. Highly recommended!
