Very thorough inspection. Prompt with getting back to me and following up. Report was emailed to me the next day. Gave me a call to go over the inspection the day of since I was unable to be there. James was fantastic, friendly, and responsive.

We met our inspector at the house with our realtor. We used Advanced Home Inspections LLC as our realtor, a friend of my dad's, had recommended them. We really trust our realtor and his recommendation was spot on. The inspector was really down to earth, letting us know the things that were currently working, but were past their expected life span. He told us that we should budget for replacements for when they failed. Now, I had watched a lot of Holmes on Homes, which if you don't know, is about a guy who fixes major repairs that the home inspector missed. So, I'm not gonna lie and say I wasn't nervous about our inspection. My dad flips houses on occasion so we knew most of what work would need to be done and our inspector found all the same things we did and MORE. Most people would probably be upset by finding so many needed fixes, but I was thrilled! We knew the houses we could afford would need work and I wanted to know every little thing that should be replaced or repaired. He was really good about answering our questions and I didn't feel rushed in any way while we went through the inspection together. He even answered some questions about changes we wanted to make, like if I could change the stove to gas since the dryer was gas or if a wall was load bearing. All in all it was a very good experience and I would recommend them to my friends.

James was very thorough and informative. I feel very secure in moving into this house, knowing that all potential hazards were pinpointed and can now be fixed. I highly recommend!

I really liked Jame's attentiveness to the small details and things that could have been easily missed. He took time to explain things and even showed us and answered all of our questions. He also took time to go into detail and anything a had more concerns and questions about. I would highly recommend!
