I think Ace Rider must be talking about another company. Casagrande did an excellent job for me start to finish. when I got overwhelmed with my selection, the salesperson recommended what turned out to be the perfect product for my home. Excellent, professional service and I highly recommend!

I have used Casagrande Granite for a few different jobs around my home. I can say Ken, Gino and their employees are pleasant to work with - awesome customer experience. Their product knowledge and experience are excellent and they were correct with their recommendations for my particular job. They returned phone calls and solved any issue that came up during installations. I highly recommend them for any granite or stone work.

I choose Casagrande because of the rave reviews of one of my co-workers. He couldn't say enough nice things about this company and their work. I was not disappointed at all. From the very beginning they treat you like family and are very accommodating to last minute changes. I had a very tight schedule and they were able to work miracles to get my counters in. I had three quartz counters put in just before Christmas and they are absolutely beautiful. They allowed me to take some samples with me to help me decide which one I wanted and even assisted in selecting a sink to fit my needs. I would highly recommend this company for their quality, service and reasonable pricing.

Ken and Gino are just sales people who want you hard earned money. They promise you everything and never come back to fix anything. I called the BBB on the and after 6 months after the initial install they came to fix the issue. Even then did it took them a long time. The excuses you will here are almost embarrassing, the granddaughter says Gino is getting old and losing it and then Gino says the Grand daughter never gives messages. I had to take of 3 different days of work because they said they work coming and didn't show. There had to been 6 funerals during this time frame which again couldn't come. Then blamed the staff , that they couldn't get any decent people. I am the most calm person and when i say this please listen.... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. you may spend a couple extra bucks but you will good service, and no hold ups. I know they will comment like they didn't remember me like they did in previous reviews of even make up something to turn it on me. The are slippery.!!! Take a look on how Gino and his guy fixed my undermount sink IN MY NEW CABINETS.

Ken & his team did an amazing job on our quartz countertops. Our house is almost 100 years old & they were able to make everything look seamless, straight & flush...... which isn't easy in an old house Reno !!! Ken always answered texts & calls , got back to us right away & stayed on schedule. We greatly appreciate all their hard work . Thx guys!!!! You are the best .

Ken and Gino, I just love my kitchen. The finished product looks better than I had imagined. My girlfriends all love my kitchen. I told them to go to you. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

No need to look any further for marble, quartz & granite, you feel as if you are within the family.....Dealt with Ken to make quartz countertop and sink selections for a new home build with Lakeland Homes Ltd.. Tremendous attitude, patience and customer service despite us going there multiple times and making changes to our selections. Great family business run with pride. Wish other suppliers would take a leaf out of this business, show patience and be with the customer instead of trying to rush and complete selections in one sitting ! We came to Casagrande because we were referred by good friends. We had a great experience. We needed a quick turnaround for our kitchen granite and they had it installed within 1 week. It looks fantastic and they were the best price! Ken is the king.
