Having done several large apartment projects with the Surveillance Shop team, I would have no hesitation in recommending them! Luke with the Edmonton location in particular has done a stellar job - we look forward to working with him again soon!

We have multiple locations across Canada that we engage with Survshop as one of our primary vendors and the service is prompt and efficient. In particular we work with Stephanie as our AM and she is always quick to respond and work through different options to best suite our needs.

Went to get quote for home , reception was not informed of features of equipment and gave wrong info and said person that knows more is in another day. ( I was there now needing info.) but at least the installer guy there at the moment was better he explained so features. Reception would not give print a quote , would not get of chair to show there camera setup on a display as I had questions and treated customer with short answers and was very condescending and talked down to you and judgemental When I said the competition's prices were way more affordable to install she said this is what our prices it projected take it or leave it kind of attitude. So I left and guess there not needing business . And. I had a couple projects

I have conducted business with the Surveillance Shop for almost 5 years. I manage 13 locations and am not the easiest guy to please. Luke and his team - particularly Sam Taylor - are professional, efficient, and competent. Avigilon product is the best HD product I'm aware of in the marketplace.
