I could not be happier with my experience from Olivier Groupe ! I worked with Raymond and Jeremy, and they were fabulous.I walked in with a tricky situation (not perfect credit, 2 jobs and a new one at that) with a small budget. Not only did they speak to me and look me in the eyes when talking (rather than my partner who came with me) but they answered every single one of my MANY questions.They stayed within my budget, gave me their personal recommendations on the best cars to fit my needs, and were open and honest about everything.When it came to the financing, we hit a small hiccup on the car I originally wanted, and rather than approve me and have a huge monthly payment, they knew what I was looking at and took their own liberties and chose another car that I was looking at, and worked WITH me to get me a car that I could afford.My car was spotless and well cared for. They double checked everything before I left the lot and said should I need ANYTHING I am always welcome to come back to chat.Some dealers are shady, and these guys were not that at all. This has to be one of the best if not the best used car places in Canada. Jeremy was great to work with and gave us all the options to help make the trade and purchase of a new vehicle a breeze.

I got my first car here Hyundai Tucson, I've been to many dealers all tried to screw me over because i am young, unlike this spot right here. I will never deal anywhere else they've done well with there customer service and making sure you are a priority!
