Staff are extremely Understanding, Helpful, Welcoming, Organized & Patient!I called to book my other half an appointment & I was greeted with an amazing secretary over the phone. She was so polite, understanding of how urgent it was & got us an appointment faster than what we expected! :)When we walked in for the appointment, the secretaries were very welcoming! You could tell they were really organized & on top of their bookings, due to being little to no wait in the waiting room. We got in extremely fast! :)The staff made sure my other half was going to be comfortable during his appointment, walked him through proper after care. All while being very patient & gentle. :)I highly recommend RiverEdge Dental! They are amazing, you won’t be disappointed! All the staff are understanding, patient, Gentle, welcoming, helpful & organized! :)

We love Dr. Chai and the whole team. My kids never ever complain about going to the dentist with a marvel and LOTR room. I have an extreme fear and they go out of their way to be compassionate and make sure I am comfortable. Their admin team are efficient and direct bill is never an issue. Thanks so much for providing consistent, excellent care for our family of 5 for close to 7 years now!

Dr. Chai and his staff are so wonderful. I love the way they approach children’s dentistry in making sure my kids feel at ease and comfortable. Dr. Chai is so gentle and takes his time and walks the kids through what’s happening in a fun and playful way. Him and the staff are so caring and it really shows.

have been looking for a good dental office for a while and I am very picky when it comes to dentists. This place is amazing, staff are super friendly and polite, Dr. Chai is amazing. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good dentistry.

Last year, I became a new resident of Bradford and was looking for a new dentist clinic. My previous dental clinic had looked after me since I was 6 years old, and they had grown to become my family. I was looking for the same kind of warm, loving, and honest clinic.My husband had found this clinic, as I was very busy with a newborn, and I can't say enough how amazing Bradford Family Dental Clinic is! They remember what I do for work, how old my daughter is, ask me about my life/day, and even message me on my birthday. They go and beyond, not because they have to, but because they want to!I have had 3 cleanings now, each with a different hygienist, and honestly all have blown me away.Thank you thank you thank you for standing out! Can't wait to bring my daughter here :)

Such a friendly & warm environment . The staff was very knowledgeable and the Dentist took his time to explain things in great detail . The best experience I’ve ever had and would strongly recommend this location to others .
