Received really nice customer service from Rahul.I switched from another service provider to bell, just cause of Rahul gave me very great deal.

I went to the bell store at the mall looking for a new phone and a better plan. The associates were so helpful and the lady who helped me, Patricia, was amazing. She educated me on all the phones so I would make an informed decision on what exactly I needed and also helped me find the perfect plan that tailors my needs.It’s been a week since I had this experience and everything worked out perfectly, I am enjoying my new iPhone and the internet service is great.10/10 service and would definitely recommend.

Great customer service by Haashy! She was very efficient and patient the entire time we were trying to create my new mobility account with Bell as I had switched over from another provider.

I came to the Bell to switch the operator, and I was surprised with the customer service! Haashy was so helpful and did all the work for me! She went with me through the whole process and was very patient with all of my questions. As a result, I switched to the Bell and was very happy about my choice. I went to Bell PG to get a new phone today and Haashy helped me with the whole process. She was very friendly and professional; got me the best monthly plan and even had the courtesy to get me a free charger and to apply a screen protector on the new phone. She was very attentive, listened to my needs, and provided me with the best service I could ask for. I’m a new Bell customer and I wasn’t sure about getting Bell connection initially but Haashy certainly helped me make the right decision. I’m more than happy with my purchase. If it were up to me, I’d give her a raise! Thank you Haashy for quite the customer experience! I will definitely be returning for more shopping.

I went to the store around 5ish and met rahul, he explained me the latest offers and plans with detailed calcification and which made my mind to move from freedom to bell. I would like to thank hayishi for assisting me to change my service provider to bell. I had been trying to get it done for past three days on call with the customer service which ended up saying that i ll have to visit store. I was very disappointed as i am living in a small town and we have very limited sources here. Hayishi helped me throughout the process. Great experience at the mall! Was in this am, and RJ (Rahul) helped me determine what best suited my needs. He was incredible! We were in need of the phone right away, and Rahul was at that time now off work. He went and did his immediate plans and came back to work to ensure we got our phone by end of day! I will forever and always stay with Bell for how incredible Rahul has been to us over the years! So happy to have found him at this location and to continue our business with him!
