The did an amazing job. Now the repaired quarter panel looks so good the parts not repaired are showing their blemishes more. I should have had them paint/repair the whole thing, a fantastic job!!

I was there on Saturday morning to report a small collision. I called the collision report number in advance on Friday as they suggested on their website and obtained a reporting number.There was an officer very nice to my two kids, he gave them some coloring books and pocky truck folding cards.The overall experience is friendly, but I have to say they were not so efficient. There was only one gentleman ahead of us when we arrived at the centre about 10 am. There were two windows opened, but one of them was handling any client. It took about half hour for that gentleman being called to talk to the officer. We were called to the window about 15 minutes later. Not so sure what those officers were working on (they were not typing their computer or taking any telephone calls).There are signs reminding people no phone or camera is allowed, but it is actually okay to play your cell while waiting and show the photos on the phone to the officer.In general, getting ready and preparing all the documents and info as stated on their website is highly recommended. Be patient and try to get there in the early morning to avoid longer waiting time.

Longman’s Collision center in Markham is the place to go to if you value “Great Service”. I had a rust problem with my 2016 Ram 1500 truck, Joe and his team did an exceptional job fixing the issue. They were very patient with me with my many questions and concerns. I was totally satisfied with the work done to my vehicle. Great Service, Great Staff, very professional and friendly. I would recommend this location to anyone who values exceptional quality work and great service.

Joe and his team did a fantastic job on my BMW sedan.The car had unfortunately had a front end collision with a pickup truck, however now after all is said and done, the car looks better than before.The team took a lot of care with the car and I appreciated the personal touch they applied to it. (Detailing both the interior and exterior, minor repair any other dents etc)They always kept me apprised on the situation with my car because they knew how important it was to me.I would absolutely recommend this team to anyone with a love for cars!

Joe the body shop manager is an amazing guy, so friendly and helpful. He helped me fix a side moulding on my rear door. The guys here are excellent and all nice, honest guys: Sammy, Chris. Thanks for your help and great service! Highly recommend this place, honest and great team!

One of the longest standing auto body shops in Markham and for good reason. I've been dealing with Longmans for over 10yrs, and continue to recommend my own family and friends to go there when they want a repair done right, and a shop they can trust. No short cuts taken like some other shops, and prices are reasonable and competitive.Another main reason why I continue to go back to Longmans aside from the quality work they do is the staff. Chris and Joe are awesome to deal with, they both are friendly, approachable, and possess a calmness which really helps minimize the stress of an accident repair. Their team is knowledgeable and even temporarily fixed some of the damages on the spot when I brought my vehicle in for a quote a couple weeks ago.When comparing to the other shops which I’ve dealt with in earlier years. Longman's clearly does the job right and doesn't take short cuts. Other shops may have costed 200-300 less, however over time have proved to be of less quality. Other shops likely did simple patch and buff jobs without disassembly of re-painted parts. Meanwhile a replaced quarter panel from 8 years ago from Longman’s still matches perfectly to the rest of the vehicle with perfect seams.Thank you Chris, Joe, Alex, Jackie, and the rest of the team. A pleasure dealing with all of you, however hopefully I won’t need to come back anytime soon. Cheers.

I can say without an iota of doubt that this is the best shop in town, The manager Joe is so easy and pleasant to deal with and his crew is nothing short of awesome. I have learnt this through experience that the behaviour of the manager is always reflected in the staff and Joe's customer service approach can be realized in his staff. My insurance company wanted to direct me to another body shop but I fought with them to make sure that my vehicle is serviced by Joe and it was worth it. Without me making any mention he detailed my car as much as possible after doing a perfect bodywork and buffed other minor scuffs which i did not even ask them, can't ask for better service

Had Longmans do repairs on my vehicles a few times over the years, the do an amazing job!!Bring your vehicle right back to original.Had the pleasure of dealing with Joe, highly recommended!!!

As recommended by someone in car industry, I called and visited this place. Service was great, people were friendly and professional, quoted price was reasonable. I decided to go with them immediately and didn't bother shopping around.
