The building is relatively small with backyard and pool next to Cooksville Creek. The units are bigger then the typical Downtown condo. The unobstructed view to the park and the lake on a sunny day is amazing.

Beautiful back woods Creek and walking path hidden in the Mississauga area, best place for a walk around or a cycling trek. Would avoid during winter as it's not serviced.
