Good selection. I have purchased many items here. Unfortunately I won't be back nor will I recommend this place to others. I like supporting family owned establishments. However one family member was incredibly rude and is why I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great store. Items are priced exactly where they need to be to compete with online retailers, while managing the costs of being brick and mortar. I often will go and purchase items I could save a couple bucks ordering online from them instead to support them, and encourage others to do the same. Being able to hold and inspect tools your tools before you purchase them is worth the investment in their business.The staff are honest, highly knowledgeable, helpful, and most importantly..... human. Every review here is (mostly) 5 stars, or 1. The 1s are from people who were offended"

Very decently stocked of all the necessary tools a jeweler would require. Staff is knowledgeable but unfriendly. I will probably never shop here again after a disappointing and embarrassing experience today.

This is my favourite place to go for my jewellery tools and supplies. Their selection and prices are the best i can find. Their newly renovated showroom is a huge upgrade and looks fantastic. It's usually a bit busy when i go but they still take the time to answer my questions and help me find what i'm looking for :)
