Dr. David Craig

I have been a patient of Dr, Craig’s for a couple of years and have had great experiences. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a while. Dr. Craig and his associates were very gentle and also the hygienists did a great job. It is a very friendly and personable office right down to the receptionist who was very friendly and helpful. Look forward to my next cleaning!!!!

Dr. Craig has been my dentist for 15+ years. I have had bad experiences with previous dentists in Alberta and Ontario and as a result I am a nervous patient. I was fortunate to have had Dr. Craig recommended to me when I moved to the area. I have the utmost faith in Dr. Craig. He takes the time to tell me what he recommends and what the procedure will be. He is always considerate and takes his time to reassure me and I can't say enough positive things about him and how he treats his patients. His staff at all 3 locations are also terrific, friendly yet professional and willing to help with any issue. I highly recommend Dr. Craig and his team.

Have spent about 3 months or so having my teeth removed and fitted for dentures, and even to the point of having 10 teeth removed in the same 1 hr sitting(yesterday) and I must say they are truly professional, quick and relatively pain free. The best dental experience I could ever imagine.Quality work!Shalom!

I had four fillings done in May this year (and judging by a previous review I now wonder if they were all even necessary). Within a couple days a chunk of one of the fillings broke off, which was thankfully fixed for free, but I had to come back for several additional appointments to get the fillings filed down as chewing was giving me jaw pain. These fillings maxed out my dental insurance. I’ve recently moved a few hours away and the same filling broke again despite taking great pains with my dental hygiene and chewing. I’m now faced with either getting it fixed again when I already have misgivings about this dental office, plus a 4 hour round trip driving, or paying out of pocket to have it fixed at a new office. Based on previous reviews I wish I’d gotten a second opinion on my teeth before getting all these fillings, as they were the first time in over 10 years I’d been informed about cavities, and I endured a lot of sensitivity for months afterwards.Edit: I forgot to mention that first filling I had done had a sharp chunk left unsmoothed on the side of my tooth. It did somewhat resolve itself so I didn’t end up needing to go back for this particular problem, but it seems like something that should have been done more carefully. Now, less than a year later, this filling chipped, resulting in some sensitivity - another issue I’ll either have to drive multiple hours for or pay out of pocket for another dentist to fix.

I was referred here by another clinic. Never in my life have I had to go back to the dentist TWICE after the initial visit because they made mistakes on filling a cavity. I’m glad it was fixed, as it should of been. But I am really upset in the first place that I had a dentist who clearly did not care about what she doing, and a dental hygienist who literally told me I was not in pain, when I was.I still am needing to figure out why my teeth have moved in two places from another dentist as this office seems to think they can just side step it. I’m very upset with the damage they have caused. You only get one set of teeth, do not waste them by coming to this place.DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE. Listen to the bad reviews, there’s a reason there’s so many. Also, what dentist office actually encourages a good review out of you? If the dentist were good, they would get genuine reviews!

In July, I went to Dr. David Craig & Associates for a dental cleaning and new patient exam. The hygienist that I had was very nice, so I have no complaints about her. My review is based on the fact that the associate dentist, Dr. Zaidi, told me that I had eight cavities that would need fillings. I was very surprised by this, as I practice good dental hygiene and haven’t needed any fillings in the past. I tried to ask questions about the severity of the cavities and about other possible options for treatment, but Dr. Zaidi only repeated that the cavities were clearly present, and that fillings would be absolutely necessary. I didn’t receive a detailed explanation, and I felt like my concerns were dismissed.I decided to get my x-rays sent to another dentist for a second opinion. The second dentist that I saw told me that I only had one cavity, as well as three other small areas of concern. She requested my previous x-rays from 2020 for comparison, and determined that the three other areas had not progressed at all since then, and were just weak spots that could be monitored for the foreseeable future. Ultimately, I only needed one filling. Thankfully I went elsewhere, and did not agree to have unnecessary dental work performed on seven of my teeth.

Excellent dental clinic! All of the staff are extremely pleasant & the facility is very nice. The receptionists are exceptionally communicative and helpful, and worked with me to ensure that I used my student insurance as best as possible. Both my dental assistant and dentist were very patient and happy to answer all of my questions.

Dr.Craig & Associates have been a life safer. We have had nothing but great service for all our dental needs. The comfort level for my family is 100% taken into consideration when in for our visits. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a dentist.

My first visit for a dental implant involved sedation and a complex extraction. The work was done very efficiently. I had excellent care and no pain afterward. all the staff were friendly and attentive.
