To all those who is looking for a job in this company please read this. I worked with them for 4 months as a brand ambassador. In between i got an email saying that they are looking for people to fill up their account coordinator roles. I applied for the job and got a email back with an invite for a video interview. I gave the interview and went for the next round which was a group interview. I passed that round and went for the next one, which was a one to one interview with one of the top managers in the company. After that i went for the last round of interview and passed it also. The HR told me that they will send me an email with the confirmation and the offer letter in a week.Its been 6 months now and after giving 4 round of interview, i still have not received a single email or call with the offer. So i tried to contact the HR personnel who never responded to any of my emails and never returned any of my calls. Then i tried another HR personnel and she also did the same.In between i got lot of opportunities from many other companies and i rejected it thinking that i have a job in hand. Now i am jobless thanks to Mosaic !!!!!This is one of those companies where the top management people has no idea about professionalism or ethics. And to those HR at Mosaic reading this, please check your emails and respond. Try to be professional and show the courtesy to respond to emails and calls.If google has an option of giving -5 star rating i would have gone for that.

I wanted to post this because I feel I've been betrayed by the company. I have applied for the E-Commerce Advisor role offered by Mosaic. I went through the interview process and eventually got the job offer. I signed and completed all the forms and was excited to start the role soon. I waited for weeks and suddenly I got a phone call from a Talent Aquisition Manager saying that they have revoked my offer due to some reasons. I was blind-sided by this. I did not expect this at all especially when I got the update a week before the start date. I was so upset and disappointed at this and found it very unprofessional and unfair. This is not how an ethical company should be. Just wanted to share this and let everyone know that it's not worth it working for a company like this.

Very unprofessional people sitting on the management position with no idea of professionalism, ethics, value and respect. This firm is going to community colleges and offering job positions to the graduating students, doing 2-3 rounds of interviews, sending emails informing “You are hired” and then making the students wait for months without a date or payment. Those idiots who are sitting on the HR positions don’t have the courtesy to respond to the follow up emails.Never seen or heard about any of this kind of unprofessionalism in marketing field.100% unsatisfied.

Mosaic Marketing runs Mosaic On The House. They scheduled a delivery that I needed to be home for. I sat at home all afternoon and it never showed. Then I emailed them. Over a week no response. Their customer service is atrocious! I would not hire them for anything. Unless you want your customer base to never want to use your products!!!

I worked for In-store Focus 18 years ago and I was the Operations manager assistant. I had children and took many years off. I decided to get back to work and went to the Employment Center. I got a job with Mosaic as a BA. I was told that I would work every weekend and sometimes Thursday and Friday. I agreed..it was exactly as I was hired for the first month. I've been with the company since August 2016. So almost a year. Around October things started to change..work got less and less..but they were still hiring? December was good every weekend and Thursday and Friday. January came and not one shift until the end of February..so 2 months no work..but talking to other BAs finding out that there was work they had hired new people and not bothered to let them know. People who didn't clean the booths leaving the area trashed so when I or anyone who was being treated like me had to clean everything..for the new employee? Something doesn't seem right. When management makes mistakes they blame a BA..I was sent to the wrong location..I got blamed of course.I was sent emails letting me know where to work and what activation..I went to the store and it just didn't look right. So I called and spoke to management several times and emailed him also several times and texted him several times saying are you sure that I am supposed to be here. He insisted that I stay and work the 6 hours. At the end of the shift he message me to meet at Tim Hortons. Then he started to tell me that he doesn't understand why I even went to work and that I wasn't going to get paid. Wow. That is crazy! I have spent my own money on a activation twice before I was given a company credit card. And it took management over 3 months to pay me back half of what I spent. Now I was sent a email late Friday 30th of June letting me know that I was supposed to work that day but my calendar said July 30th...so I didn't go because I didn't know. But of course management is blaming me ? Why didn't he text me or call me considering how last minute it was. Instead he wants to know if I am resigning? Seems to me that is what he wants or is trying to make me quitHere is my resignation..thanks for making a awful experience even more awful !I wonder when the last time the Health department" checked the booths? They are so dirty and probably will make people sick. When I went to work I had to wash everything with soap and water twice or more times depending on what was made last. Since I have worked for Mosaic I strongly suggest that nobody take a sample unless you see it comes from a sealed pkgs..the knives are dirty never washed. The little plastic spoons and forks are thrown around and picked up from the bottom of the booths then given out to unsuspecting customers to use not knowing that it's dirty. None of the electric appliances are ever washed..just wiped down with napkins..how clean is that !Fortinos and Walmart are lucky that they haven't been sued for food poisoning. I think that I was the only employee they had that actually used soap and water. I watched other BAs get fruit and vegetables and NOT WASH it..they just added it to whatever they were making. They drop utensils and plates and food on the dirty floor and if nobody is watching pick it up and serve it. Unbelievable.I have wanted to tell this for a while but I also wanted a job. But it's gotten so bad that I can't lower myself to those standards. Even if I am at home and I am cooking if I drop something I throw it away. But Mosaic BAs just pick it up and put it back in the bowl ready to serve to anyone who wants to try..greasy grime from the floor with a little bit of hair and your treat..bon apetit"

I worked for Mosaic Launch and they are the most two faced people I have ever worked for. They took my shifts away because I was sick with flu. Now they won't even talk to me to tell me that they've let me go. Don't work for them.

It's unfortunate to read the negative reviews for this company which leads me to believe there is a change in management and/or direction. I have worked as a field brand ambassador for this company for 4.5 years (temp/seasonal work). Perhaps due to the fact that I was in the field/stores and not in the office, I was not exposed to all the politics and drama noted by previous posts. I had a good experience. The reason I stopped working there is because I stopped receiving and applying for opportunities.

This company tried to hire me for a 1 day contract and when I asked when I would be paid they simply won't tell me so I turned down the offer! So glad for the honest reviews on Google and indeed! Watch out people!
