Large menu. Oddly no garden salad just Caesar? Not busy, quite slow service, friendly server. Good portions and very good pricing.And ...meals well prepared, smoked meat sandwich excellent. Beer selection very good and extremely well priced. Thank you

My wife and I could not believe the prices for the steaks which were on «f excellent quality. Cooked in butter. As big meat eaters we almost never go out to eat as most restaurants serve lots of filler and with mystery oils and ingredients. If you want a simple steak and friendly service and don’t feel like cooking this has been the only restaurant in 3 years that has satisfied my orthorexic demands with little or no hassle.

Great service. We were quick to be seated. Very friendly and helpful waiter. The food on the other hand has room to improve. Overcooked my steak, mashed potatoes were very dry. Did we make a complaint, no. We ate our food for the most part and will not go back to that location. Had better experiences at other locations.

these are 3 meals I had on separate occasions.steaks were excellent, chicken and ribs were very dry and not appetizingalso the bathroom is disgusting.I will be back for the steak but i hope they clean up the bathrooms

We had a really good experience tonight. The service was a little slow (maybe a lot slow...), which is why only 4 stars, but the food was good.My wife and I each had ribeye steaks and they were very good, cooked perfectly. They weren't the best steaks we've ever had but they were very far from the worse. The baked potato was excellent - the skin had a great seasoning on it and was delicious. The corn was good, too.What totally blew us away was the Klondike Crumble desert. Mocha ice cream with chocolate sauce, crumbled chocolate cookies and almonds. It was spectacular! Not too heavy, just right, sweet enough but not overwhelming.It was our first time here and we'll definitely be back. The menu is a carnivore's dream!

Not sure if they were having an off night as usually I have heard good stuff about this place, and was excited to try it. I went tonight with my family and service was incredibly slow we had no cutlery or napkins at the table we asked for some and sat with our food in front of us for a good 5 minute before we got any.Ribs were good, chicken was dry and fries tasted like they had been sitting for awhile. Waitress maybe was new so I want to cut her some slack or maybe she had to many tables (the place got more packed 20min after we arrived ) but was hardly around and waited a bit before getting our bill so we just went to the front to wait. Not sure if we will go back to try again or not. Overall first experience did not leave us wanting more.

I suggested that my friends and I go to Chuck’s because I’ve had great experiences in the past and the food is always good and affordable. Unfortunately, that was not my experience this time.My friend has special dietary requirements and when she was asking questions about items or if they had certain foods, our server quickly became irritated and started to take an attitude with my friend. She even went so far to roll her eyes multiple times and leave in a tiff after serving our food.Another issue that was more impolite rather than straight up disrespectful was when our server and another started putting up all the chairs on the table and never turned the lights on when we were sat outside. This might not be an issue for some people, but my friends and I agreed that it was slightly impolite and made us feel like they were trying to rush out when they don’t close until 1am so there was no reason for us to leave. I understand if maybe our server was meant to leave or something but they could have let us know the situation rather than what they did. See picture for what our eating situation looked like.I hate to be the person to leave a bad review because I enjoy uplifting businesses because I know how detrimental it can be, but in a situation like this I feel that future customers deserve to know what they might walk into.
