What a wonderful compagnie! From my first contact with Kevin, Diane who manages the schedule and Dan and Michael the technician on site I felt like a VIP customer right off the bat. They helped me out on a quick turnaround for an emergency and fitted me in their schedule to repair and start my system. They even extended the amount of time they stayed to make sure the job was done right. Having dealt with previous compagnie in that industry, I can honestly say they have made a customer for life. Thanks again Melrose team you guys totally rock!!!!!!
