Terrible service, rented a car, they called me to confirm, I received the confirmation by email, I called again to verify, when I went to pickup the car, it was closed, called to customer service but the call hung up. Really bad service and experience

Body shop they share building with was going to pay for rental because I went to pick it up and wasn’t running properly. They had the dash changed when ice blew out my window. The body shop is excellent. Ecars jammed 800 dollars on my credit card with no authorization not cool. Know wonder the rental car business is gone down hill they are scammers!!!!

Enterprise Rent-A-Car
I used them to get a loaner car for my insurance claim.The insurance is been trying to call them, email to pay for the loaner. Same thing from my side. Every time I call, they put me on hold for an hour and no one picks up.They sent me to collections agency and hurt my credit while my insurance and I have been trying to pay.It is not the first time I have issues with them but definitely my last time dealing with them.

I rent from this location a lot, definitely deserve a 5 star! Big shoutout to Hussain who always goes above and beyond! He provides me with competitive rates and let’s me drive out with very decent cars. Not to mention Danny & the branch manager Josh, really nice team!Would highly recommend this location!

Daniel (Yilin) provided amazing customer service. He offered me the best competitive rate for my rental. Everything about my experience was 5 stars- on time, reliable vehicle, easy booking, great rate! I have a walking disability and when my shuttle did not arrive on time he personally took me back to the dealership. He went above and beyond to ensure I was happy with my experience. I would highly recommend this location.Thank you again. Your kindness has not gone unnoticed.

The worst experience of the whole accident was dealing with Enterprise. Not enough time to complete this. They use 10% staff for a full business that needs 100%. I waited on hold for 52 mins. Given a car needing service and cleaning. It was horrendous. Only the calm cool woman at the South Service Rd branch made things move once she was available. Then need more of her, many more.
