I wanted to buy a new bike, for my wife and I.We picked The Bike Zone out of a few places, because I knew we could get a good bike at a good price, from a person who knows what they are doing. We got two really good bikes, we were helped by John K. He really helped us out. We told him what type of bike we wanted, the functions, the type of brakes. He found us the perfect bikes. We are both really happy with purchase. Thanks for all your help. Here are a few pictures.

I bought many bike parts from Bike Zone during the Sale events. I did mostly all of the work on my heavily modded trashbike. However, changing the fork requires special tooling that I didn’t have. So, i decided to go through their bike service department and they did an amazing job at a reasonable price. Will definitely go back when the sales are back. Thanks.

I had a substantial order, and realized that maybe I was off on my conversions from US to EUR for shoe sizes. Spoke with staff and we ended up changing my order.I just received everything (2 days after - so fast!) and everything fits perfectly. Would 100% do business with them again.

Great experience. Got a Felt gravel bike in May 2023 that I enjoy every single ride. Salespeople exceeded my expectations. Not pushy. Knowledgeable and know what customers want. 5 stars.

Great experience. Great selection of bikes. Amazing service. My husband and I were looking for e- bikes and David took the time to show us and recommended us the most suitable options. David made sure we were happy and helped us until the bikes were safely locked to my bike car rack.

Brought my bike in for a gear adjustment last week and couldn’t resist going back for more upgrades, it feels like a whole new different bike now. Phil has worked on my bike a few times and was super quick! Cole and the rest of the staff here are so helpful, the guys made me feel like a regular customer at this bike shop =) I am definitely recommending my family and friends to check this place out for their biking needs. WOW!! What a great bike shop. Lots of inventory and their sales personnel are very knowledgeable and not pushy. And, let me praise their service centre: Peter is WONDERFUL!! Knowledgeable, easy to talk to and excellent at problem solving. All in spite of the fact that Jordan mentioned that Peter is also known as cute “pumpkin head”. All in good fun of course. What a great bunch of people!! Happy that I bought my bike there and returned for their knowledgeable service.

Very pleasant experience for the second time. Buying another bike for my daughter was a breeze and Ivo from Bike Zone was very helpful and patient. Overall, great shop if you need a bike or bike service!
