Hillview Family Dental

These were our first visits to the dentist in Canada. Unfortunately, my first visit besides the annual check-up was related to the problem of a front tooth that had chipped the day before. Since it was family dentistry, I also registered my son just for the annual check-up, which we always did in Ukraine. After checks in Ukraine, we were assured that he was doing well. But after an examination at this clinic, he was found to have many problematic teeth with caries. The examination of both of us was very thorough, which I really liked. The inspection was carried out with very high-quality equipment and specialists in their field. They commented on all their work and kept in touch with us for better understanding of the situation. Everything was shown on the big screen. No imposition of other unnecessary procedures or services. Clear description of problems and ways to solve them. The doctor and his assistant know their work very well. Very polite and friendly. There was not even any discomfort or fear during the visit and the cleaning procedures, neither for me nor for the child, as is usually the case in such situations. In general, all the staff at the clinic are very polite and friendly. This is a very important point in these types of service areas when you are stressed in this environment. But it is in this clinic that you feel calm and relaxed. The clinic is clean. Everything is on time by appointment without delays. In general, our family is completely satisfied with the service and the results of the work. It was also especially nice to receive gifts for the first visit for me and the child. Of course, we made notes for the next time to gradually solve our problems. Now we are with this clinic forever.

Kids aren't scared. That's a big bonus. Even tho being teenagers, they are comfortable. Hillview dental is kind and compassionate. They explain before and after their procedure. They are clean and professional.

I had a very good experience today. Was anxious about going for a root canal. Dr. Joseph was very caring and a very good dentist. I would recommend him to anyone needing dental work. I also want to thank Alisha his assistant and Diana the receptionist for their kindness and answering any questions I had. Thanks so much and have a good day.

I had the best experience with this clinic, it’s clean, welcoming and staff are friendly. My daughter and I came in for cleaning, no long waits at all! Jam was helpful and very knowledgeable! My daughter is so curious with everything and asks a lot of questions and the staff answered them all, truly kid-friendly! The check-up was very professional and they won’t push any services or treatment to your face unlike other clinics. We will definitely come back! Highly recommended!

Amazing staff that are so caring towards someone who is afraid of dentists. Had me laughing throw my appointment today where I usually cry throughout! Didn't cry once. Definitely recommend Dr. Joseph and his sweet amazing co workers!

All my children go here to Hillview dental and see dr.Joseph and his dental assistant Alisha. They are always so patient, attentive, caring and work really well with all my kids. They answer all the questions myself or my children have without getting annoyed or irritated. They are amazing at what they do and they work so well together, both are very positive and happy which is great when this can be so nervous for everyone, They work so well with everyone especially children and as a mother that’s an amazing feeling to see your kids truly cared for. The office is always super clean and has such a positive environment, the receptionist Diana is awesome at what she does she’s on top of everything, they all know everyone’s names when they walk in here it’s so welcoming. I highly recommend Hillview dentist and this team! I will always be back.

We decided to start coming to Hillview dental when we wanted a practice where there wasn’t a new dentist every 6 months. Dr. Joseph is amazing and my children are very comfortable with him. It is great to feel like more than just the “next patient” at bigger dental offices. Highly recommended.
