Eastridge Animal Hospital

This is a wonderful vet hospital. Dr. Loff is one of the nicest people I have met. He is so gentle, and caring for animals of all sizes. Our little dachshund, who is normally nervous of everyone, stops shaking as soon as she see's Dr. Loff. His staff is always friendly and accommodating. Thank you for giving such good care to us over the years!

To have an emergency situation and not able to see your vet is a tough pill to take. To not leave room for emergencies on the day for long time patients is beyond me. I felt extremely let down and disappointed.UpdateDr Loft deserves a 5 star review instead of 1 star. I ended up going with a different vet and was missed diagnosed. I then reached out to Dr Loft again and he squeezed us in late on a Saturday. It is obvious how much he loves what he does. He also explained there situation there with being short a vet. I hope they find one soon to relieve the stress. My faith has been restored. Thank you

Dr Loft is a straight forward vet who cares about the well being of both my dog and myself. He was honest and straight forward with his diagnosis and treatment recommendations, which is not what I've been used to receiving from urban vets in the Tr Cities area. I was recommended by a colleague to see Dr. Loft and I was very grateful.

I have been a client since they opened, Dr. David Loff is the best veterinarian I and my fur babies have had the pleasure of dealing with. His staff is knowledgeable and kind. I have had some animals throughout the years that have had some difficult diagnoses, but they have all been treated or solved. I have also had to have some of my fur babies euthanized throughout the years and we as humans as well as them, were always treated with respect, dignity and a multitude of kindness. Dr. Loff keeps his knowledge up to date and I wouldn't want to put my fur babies in anyone else's hands.

Dr loft has been my vet for over 15 years. His way with our pets is just amazing. He always explains every detail of visit in layman’s terms so I can understand. Dr loft has a real love for animals and it shows by how he treats and talks to them. Thank you dr loft for everything

My sister and I have both been taking our pets here for years. Dr. Wolfe was amazing but has moved on to a different location. The girls at the front desk are awesome, I deal with Ashley a lot, she is fantastic. I had Dr. MacDonald once as was very disappointed with her as she told me Cats are not very social and do not tend to do well with other cats" I was explaining to her that the previous vet (Dr. Whitley) I saw told me to get another cat for him as he was having separation anxiety (and was very sick) when we weren't home/went on a vactaion. She just did not seem to know very much about cats

Moved here from our vet in Vancouver. Dr. Loh is very knowledgeable, caring, and honest. The service and care have been amazing so far and well worth the 1 hr drive each way.

Eastridge Animal Hospital is the BEST in Maple Ridge!! It's a small practice near Valley Fair Mall that we have never had anything but positive experiences with. We see Dr. Loff for both of our pups and we have three family members who see him for their fury friends as well. Even after having to be told our best lil buddy has Leukemia, Dr. Loff and the whole staff made us feel comfortable and gave us all the information we wanted, never got upset with all our questions, and made us and our pup feel comfortable and prepared with each step in his treatment along the way. We had a horrible experience with another veterinary hospital when we had to take our Stitch in on a Sunday (Eastridge was closed) because he was quite sick... not only did they completely mis-diagnose and prescribe him with meds that could have made him worse, but they charged us OVER $700 for it all. The very next day when Stitch still wasn't eating or moving much, we called Dr. Loff and he got us in right away. We showed him the blood test results from the other vet and he immediately knew it was the sign of leukemia or bone marrow cancer. He had both tests ran at a professional lab as rush status and within 48 hrs we had the diagnosis and we could get our guy onto a treatment plan (and he didn't rob us blind like the other place). We can't say enough good things about Eastridge Animal Hospital, from the Doctors, to the assistants, to the front desk team, they are all top notch and it's always a good experience seeing them!

Cant say enough good things about Eastridge. They have been great with both out pups! We have a nervous bulldog and she got on the floor with him at our first visit. Our other one has lots of allergies and has had big problems with her ears. They fit us in for a last minute procedure and checkups while dealing with this issue.Always super friendly and caring !
