So my daughter was in Tofield and got really sick, and I was in Vancouver at the time unable to go see her. So I called the flower shop, and they were able to accept an email money transfer for me, to send the money to pay for the flowers. Also went to another store and picked up a stuffed animal and some hot chocolate to put together a package with the flowers, and delivered them for free to my daughter. This was all in the same day and I got a hold of them 5 minutes before they closed and they went out after hours to deliver for me. An excellent example of how customer service used to be!! Sadly these days experiences this good are quite rare, small town, small businesses always seem to go the extra mile for the customer. Will go out of my way to order from there in the future.Update!! So yet another year and another awesome experience. Arranging to get my daughter sent flowers for Valentine's Day. I totally dropped the ball and didn't realize they were closed Monday's, and Valentine's Day was Tuesday so I sent them a message through email and Shelby went above and beyond again arranging for a bouquet and maybe some chocolates and a stuffy to be delivered to her school. Some of the items they don't even have at the florist and she picked them up on her own time. I wish there was a six-star rating because five stars just doesn't do justice to the level of service provided.
