The worst service. Receptionist is rude and not helpful at all. Waiting time is forever ,you can be on hold on the phone for 20 plus minutes and then they'll hang up on you. My Family Doctor stopped working with them and these people even didn't bothered to call me to let me know my options. They have left me without a family doctor now and even can't book my emergency appointment with other doctor available.Receptionist is rude and suggest you if you're not happy then find a new family doctor. I think she's the one that needs to find a new job. They should be ashamed on how they treat people.And I will be looking for a new family doctor . I gave them a 1 star only because 0 and negative star rating isn't an option.

Sarah Sabry MD is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Exceptional! I like this new model of clinics. If it’s not necessary to see her, another physician who is available sooner can be assigned to help me. Always fast turnaround time.

They changed my family doctor without me knowing. I went from a female doctor that I've had her for years to a male doctor that just started his practice, without being informed. Receptionist will tell you if you're not happy then find a new family doctor. I think she's the one that needs to find a new job. They should be ashamed on how they treat people. My pharmacist is more helpful. And I will be looking for a new family doctor . I gave them a 1 star only beacuse 0 wasn't a option.

Worst clinic, have no appointments with good doctors. If ask for a doctor you have good understanding they are not available or they can’t book because they are yet not doctor and doing their residency. Dr banarjee is good but her availability is 2 months later. Bad experience overall

If there was negative star, i think that would be the best. Waiting for the whole day for my virtual appointment to think i used to call that day and after the given hours for follow up. Still no calls and no explanation why. My files has not been updated. Changing family Doctor without your knowledge. I used to get a copy of my immunization i have found out that it is not being into their system and went missing. Unprofessional and dis organized clinic ever.

Came for the chiropractor and the first time I went for a session they barely worked on me. Used a massage gun machine on my back and some laser on my ankles charged me 40. Second time I came they wanted me to wait 20 mins before they see me because they already had someone before me. If I’m paying you for service, especially meeting you at a schedule time we agreed on days before, I shouldn’t be waiting for 20-30 mins with no heads up. I got things to do least you can tell me is that I should come in later. Don’t make me waste time and gas to travel to you just to tell me I might have to wait a while. Never again

horrible horrible dr. She has messed up on my husband and mines prescriptions many times. It takes long to get an appointment with her and she seems like she doesn't care about her patients at all. I do not recommend as she is also only in for a few days a week.

I should give negative star. But there is no option. We came at 11:40. We didn’t get the chance to meet Dr Abu Yakub until 1:40PM. There is no proper response from front desk ladies as well .

One of the worst places. I booked my initial appointment with Dr. R Manzoor 2 weeks ago and told the person over the phone that I am time-constraint because of my work schedule. Now, when I arrived at the facility, I was asked to wait for an hour to see the doctor. But I left even without seeing the doctor because of 4 people waiting ahead of me. Moreover, the receptionist was so rude. It was just a consultation. Such a bad experience.Total waste of time. I don’t recommend this to anyone.

This probably has to be the worst medical center in all of Brampton. I’m actually sitting in the office currently and writing this review because I’m beyond frustrated. I came on time for my grandmother’s appointment and we have been waiting for 46 minutes and still counting. Numerous other patients have come in after us and were seated in rooms ahead of us and obviously taken in before us. All those patients had their appointment times AFTER us with the same doctor as well. It’s almost like they forgot about us. This is simply outrageous. When I asked one of the student volunteers about my appointment, she never even let me finish the question and immediately cut me off. I’m still waiting for my turn and it’s going to be a whole hour! We were told that we are next in line yet the doctor JUST took another patient that came after us. I can’t believe this. I’ll edit this review later to add in the total amount of time I ended up waiting for (that’s if they ever take us in).
