Had a flat tire in the parking lot, the tow driver came by and offered his help. Although there was a cop assisting us already, instead of driving off he stayed and assisted the cop. It was great also listening about his motorcycle trip in Tennessee. Thanks Mr. Tow driver. I will make sure to pay it forward.

Stranded in a driveway in Coldwater after a snowstorm. They promised to be there in an hour. I waited , No one showed. No call, nothing. I Called next day, they Apologized.

The absolute worst!Towed our car to their lot after a serious accident and then basically held it hostage for 4 weeks! Would not answer the phone or email. Would not respond to us or our insurance company. Just wanted to charge storage to the insurance company. So disappointing! and it was at Christmas time. We could not move on with our lives or settle our insurance claim.
