I recently visited SLK and had a fantastic experience purchasing a sofa. From the moment I walked into the store, I was impressed by the selection and quality of the furniture, and the staff members were knowledgeable and helpful.I have been using the sofa for several weeks now, and I am extremely happy with my purchase. It is comfortable, well-made, and looks beautiful in my home. I appreciate the quality of the sofa and the exceptional service provided by SLK I would highly recommend this store to anyone in need of furniture.

I spent quite some time looking for my living room set, and had visited dozens of stores before finding slkhome. Their sales guy was able to answer all of my questions and recommend the best configuration for my situation. I had lots of questions and concerns and he was able to address each one. You honestly can't find a better value for the quality you are getting. I couldn't recommend them enough, will certainly be coming back for my dining room set!

I am thoroughly disappointed.I purchased a table on March 23rd, 2023, on the SLK website that did not show it being out of stock or unavailable. Upon purchasing , I reached out to the company to clarify ETA and was told the table is not available and needs to be shipped to the States from oversees (it was conveniently changed to back ordered on their website after I reached out).I have attempted to make multiple follow ups which always result in false promises of SLK reaching out to provide proactive notifications and updates. They have never done so as all communication has been 1 way from me to them.I have reached out at least 5 times now, and after our last conversation we agreed that SLK would follow up on the 20th of May once the unit would make it to CA from their overseas plant. Today is the 30th, no call, no email, no text, no nothing… I tried again following up through phone call to both sales and service extensions and they went to voicemail. I tried again through chat and was ignored through chat.At this point, I believe you are seeing my order number on the request for chat and ignoring it. This is not acceptable.SLK Home- you need to work on your communication and your follow through. I am at my wits end on this. Provide an update for where my product is as you had no problem taking my money (~2900 CAD) the day I placed the order and I have not received anything in return. This is starting to become very suspicious and has already become very frustrating.

I recently purchased a table from SLK Home, and I must say that I had an excellent experience. From start to finish, the process was smooth, and the staff was helpful and knowledgeable.Firstly, the store had a great selection of tables to choose from, and I was able to find one that was perfect for my space and style. The staff member who assisted me was friendly and patient, answering all my questions and providing valuable insight into the different materials and finishes available.Once I had made my selection, the ordering and delivery process was also very efficient. The staff kept me informed throughout the process, and the table was delivered on time and in excellent condition.The table itself is of high quality and looks beautiful in my home. I appreciate the attention to detail and craftsmanship that went into making it. Overall, I am very satisfied with my purchase and would highly recommend SLK Home to anyone in the market for new furniture.

SLK Homes has the worse customer service I have ever experienced. I purchased my sofas last November and have had many issues with them. They have sent out a technician after months of calling and emailing. I have requested to return the sofas but they will not allow me to do so. I spent a lot of money on what's supposed to be high quality sofas but that has not been the case. I would never recommend purchasing anything from them it's been a year since I have been dealing with them and still have no results. Extremely disappointed on the service and the quality of the sofas that I paid $4000. All they care is about taking your money and receiving nothing in return.When the sofas were delivered the moving company chipped my wall in several places and SLK Homes notified me that it would be my responsibility to contact them while the delivery company stated the opposite.NEVER RECOMMEND SLK HOMES!

I had a scheduled appointment at the Toronto showroom, but upon arrival, no one was there. I reached out for an explanation and never received a response or apology. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with poor customer service.Edit: Serge followed up, corrected the situation, and offered a sincere apology. I appreciate the effort to make things right and the follow-up response.

I love my sofa. I had a great experience with Serge while deciding to purchase this sofa. He was quick to respond and accommodative with me on making several arrangements for me to see the sofa. I been searching for good leather sofa for a while but the price was too high for the quality that I was looking for. And I found a great deal for the equally amazing quality compare to other stores and I’m highly satisfied. Thank you!

Working with SLK has been a miserable experience. After ordering a table and being promised delivery within 8-10 weeks, we endured 6-months of poor excuses, broken promises, and fighting for refunds before everything was ultimately just abandoned. They were initially helpful (hence the 2-stars and not 1) but as the order and process conpletely fell apart, they just stopped caring and started fighting.

Sofas cheap made in China not as described. Merchant unresponsive to contacts doesn't care to reply. Further received damaged chairs that they aren't contacting me back regarding fixing. STAY AWAY LIKE OTHER REVIEWER NOTED

Great experience dealing with slk. The quality of their furniture is exquisite. The service is your good old fashioned service. Serge cares about his customers and makes sure things are right. I highly recommend SLK
