Heat pump and furnace installation went without a hitch. Small issue with oil tank removal. Service RG worked with me to fix the problem

We were in dire need of a new heat pump and furnace. We shopped for a few weeks but were not 100% happy with any of the packages (product+value+sales person/company). The Holidays and the cold weather being just around the corner, a friend recommended we contact Yanick - super courteous, professional and quick, he came to see us and within the hour we knew he was our guy and RG was our company. Here are some of the other reasons:- They work with York - a very well established supplier of great quality- Super important in our case - they offer an insurance on labor for ten years with York - added to the standard 10 years warranty on parts, you get care-free maintenance for ten years for just a few hundred bucks extra.- Very easy financing process- Even though we placed the order last minue, their management and coordination team made sure we had the furnace installed first thing in the morning on Monday (order was placed on Friday I believe). The technicians Denis and Edouard arrived early in the morning (I believe they squeezed us in before other installations they had scheduled). Their work was absolutely impeccable and they left the place even cleaner than before the installation. So we were warm on Christmas ;-)- The price was very reasonable for the quality of the machines too.Bottom line - we wish we could give them six stars.

I purchased a heat pump from them and I'm very happy with the work done as well as they're service pre installation, during installation and after. Everyone was extremely professional and straight forward. The price was very competitive compared to other quotes.

Got a few quotes from other companies in the brossard area before calling rg service, I am very happy I took my coworkers referral as I’m very happy with the level of service they provided. From the time Renaud came to give me an estimate and to the end of the actual install from Denis and Will, they really gave me a red carpet service. They really took their time to protect my floors and stairs with padding before installing the new heat pump. Best of all they were also the least expensive from the other competition for the same model. Way to go to the team. Thanks again!

I'd like to share an experience of what I consider to be exceptional (rather than just good) customer service/installation of my new furnace. I needed to replace my furnace which broke down in the middle of cold January month. So I called Service RG (1998) Inc from ST Remi (also services the greater MTL area) and who quickly solved my problem.
