Doesn't matter which location you go to here in Calgary, the staff is top notch: they are knowledgeable, friendly, personable, and very helpful. On more than one occasion they have even gone the extra mile for me in when they certainly didn't need to. ❤Unless there's a killer sale on something I need somewhere else, this is my first choice for electronics and/or anything computer related every single time. These are also the guys and gals I go to to build my PC gaming rigs.They are a paradigm for building customer loyalty, in my case anyway.

I've been going here for a very long time. I built multiple PCs by buying parts from here. The employees here are very nice and helpful. If you have questions they're more than happy to help. They don't make you feel stupid for asking certain questions and just help in any way they can. The deals here are also amazing.

Dan Cruz was the sales associate who helped me to find the perfect robot vacuum for my home. He was even able to help me find a non-descript box that I could use to fool my wife with for her Christmas gift! The fantastic service doesn't end there though...When I was in the store, I was intrigued by the computer mice and Dat Do and a couple of other associates let me try out a few different mice and helped me find my new favorite animal: The Logitech MX Master 3s. I never knew I could love a computer mouse so much. It's been 7 months, and I still wake up excited to go to work to use this phenomenal computer mouse.Memory Express North East is BY FAR the best experience I have ever had shopping for electronics and computer accessories.

Best place on earth!! I have bought many PC parts and gear from here. Always a great experience. Just bought a new gaming monitor. Had a dead pixel when I got it home, took it back a few days later and was given a new one as expected. Would recommend this place to my mom.

All the staff here are very welcoming and professional.The gentleman who helped me when I dropped off my laptop to get fixed was very thorough in explaining the process, timeline, and price estimate. Luke, the technician who fixed my laptop, kept me updated throughout the process (my laptop actually feels so much better after he fixed it) and gave me a call as soon as it was done. Vanessa helped me out when I went to pick up my laptop. She reiterated all the notes that were taken by the team throughout the process of fixing my laptop and was very helpful in explaining how to care for the laptop and what to do to try to prevent it from happening again.Will definitely return here if I need anything else done in the future! Thank you!

Definitely my go to place for Mem Express, and by the way I live at NW. Phenomenal sales and customer service by Justin. He really explains everything and help you make the right decision.Fast forward to days after I finish building my PC, It didn’t boot up because of my old PSU, then I went straight to their tech customer service and it was a pleasant experience assisted by Monty, he even let me use some tools and troubleshoot the problem with me. Overall great experience at this store!

First time buying from ME. Had a positive experience. Ordered a 4080 through the online store, was shipped promptly and even arrived next day via FedEx. The bundle code for the free game was also printed on the receipt itself and had no problems redeeming it. Cheers!
