I think this review has been long overdue for my employer and myself has been dealing with Flash Express for a long time now.From every single courier driver, they have provided us with such great service beyond satisfaction. They are courteous, polite and very upbeat in their attitude. Any potential issues with any delivery, they make sure to reach back and proceed accordingly, which rarely happens.One subject I would like to point out is, a couple of weeks prior to this review, the city of Calgary has been hit with an enormous amount of snowfall, causing most business ventures to close for a day or so. Flash Express has proven to endure the harshness of the weather and tried their earnest to compete their deliveries. The courier business can be brutal at times, and the employees of this courier company may not realize it themselves, but the services they provide for businesses here in Calgary is invaluable. THANK YOU SO MUCH, YOU GUYS!

Flash Express has always been very efficient and timely with their deliveries. Staff is always polite, friendly, and very responsive to adjustments or changes for the shipments.The courier representative for us who happens to also be the owner of the company, Drilon, is a very humble and humorous individual and he has provided excellent help with our rush orders and always brings a great attitude/etiquette each time we have shipments for pickup.

Flash courier is a company that a business I deal with uses. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about flash express! They are super reliable with making sure all items are together for their pick-up. They also are very predictable with times for drop off. I also can't say enough about the courier that drops my order off! Always a smile, very very polite! I can only speak for the gentleman that delivers my order,but I have a feeling all employees conduct themselves in this manner. You can also see why they call their business Flash Express " ! They are quick! Drop off and swoosh off to the next drop! Again as I said still a moment for a smile and a kind word! I'd hate to embarrass employees....but maybe consider actual " Flash Gordon " suits!!! Lol ! But on a serious note
