Bought a number of suits here before and generally they do have a great selection but would not purchase from here due to the customer service. You’re just a number when you walk in. They were not accommodating at all and wouldn’t make any adjustments to the deal that they have unless it suited them. They did not have a correct pants size for the suit I wanted but told me that’s what I had to take. When I wanted to change pants for another suit they said that they wouldn’t be able to do it.

Horrible customer service but blazers and shirts have good value for money.I tried to return a blazer (with all tags and original receipt) the very next day after I bought it due to sizing issues.The Customer service agent was imposing jackets on me that I really disliked and she kept asking why I am not deciding yet. (this was 10 mins in)Her mood was off ever since I entered the store and mentioned that I was looking to exchange for a smaller size.Worse still, she kept convincing me to keep the old jacket saying there is no difference between a Small" and "Medium".It's like they didn't want me to try anything so they wouldn't have to reorganize it and their tone was not right during my entire experience here."

Great service. No line ups. But didn't have exactly what I was looking for. Good sale prices.

I had an issue with a jacket I previously purchased but somehow lost my receipt. The representative I spoke with was very understanding to my concern and allowed me to exchange it for another jacket, no questions asked even though I didn't have a receipt. Great customer service.

I would never buy anything from stores like this one. I asked the gentleman working there about the stitching on the blazer why is that bad..his answer was a typical car salesman's" answer "it's in fashion now

Formal attire at an affordable price

What a superb collection of suits, blazers,shirts,and ties. Even the ladies collection is good. We have been there at the time of sale and really got some good deals.

I went into store today and was welcomed with a pleasant hello by Samina. ( I hope I got her name right) Samina was friendly, helpful and polite. I purchased a few shorts. Awesome Sales Associate! I will be back!
