I have been coming to this salon for the last 8 years. My services with Jen has been amazing and she is very skilled in her craft . The front store manager Linda has gone above and beyond recommending the best products for my hair. The salon staffs are super friendly and knowledgeable.

I went here for a men’s haircut, head massage, and shampoo/conditioner. Eddy was great, he was able to recognize my hair and provided me with great advice on how to maintain it He understood my hair well which doesn’t happen very often by other hairdressers (or at least not verbalized). I’d trust him to work on my hair again and looking forward to incorporating his advise so I can get better hair health. His cutting was also great, with little explanation needed from me. He just got it. best haircut I’ve gotten in recent times.

Excellent value for money! Debbie was very personable and thorough in providing me with a much needed shellac manicure. My nails have been done for the last 5 days and not even a chip; that never happens! Thank you.I found out about this salon through GroupOn. The only drawback was that the place was a bit difficult to find; it is across from the Bloor station. You need go through the doors to find it. I was quite anxious as no one knew where it was!

I have been visiting Eddie for my haircuts and sometimes beard as well. I initially found this salon through Groupon and they obliged with a good first timer's discount.Had some really good conversations and great hair service from Eddie.Was initially a little harder to find the salon but the receptionist's instructions were on point. A good experience overall.

I used Groupon voucher with head massage, that part was amazing. But regards to haircut, I expect more smooth fade. Any way that is good in general.

There is so much stuff here for all your hair care and beauty needs. If you are someone like me it can be a bit overwhelming to sift through alone. A huge thank you to Linda who was welcoming and very helpful in answering my hair care questions. I have not worked or lived in the hood for a long time but always enjoy going back from time to time for a wash & blow dry.

I have had numerous sour experiences with this salon both with staff and with trying to purchase products from the front. Each and every time I regret my decision. I tried to book for Extensions with Jennifer and her non existent customer service definitely aligns with the salons. When I explained I would leave a review Jennifer told me im being untruthful, how? you are absolutely rude and the threat to tell me that is a reflection of how they treat clients. I would avoid the place, its filthy and needs major renovations you would think they could be nice at least.

Nadia gave me a complete makeover on my hair in an absolute amazing way. I came in with long dark brown hair and walked out with purple fading into coral.I really appreciate that she took her time with it and genuinely wanted to do a good job. Nadia is very detail oriented and did I mention, talented? Ask for Nadia when booking at this salon. Above all else, she's got the sweetest personality. You gotta spend 3+ hours with someone, may as well be with someone you can talk forever with!
