Would not recommend. When we got a tooth extraction, Dr. Lo did not numb the gum properly with gel. Cue screaming and crying when the needles went in. When getting a cleaning, she flossed very hard, leaving them afraid of flossing. When we went to another dentist, he was very professional and properly used numbing gel so when the needle got inserted, no pain was felt at all. Finally, she overcharges like crazy! Find a place with good reviews and charges normal prices. Thanks.

Dr Lo and her staff are amazing. They are always so pleasant and positive. Both my children absolutely adore Dr Lo and I have never ever had any issues getting them to go for their semi-annual visits or fillings. We live in Bowmanville and it is worth the drive!!

Dr Eileen Lo and her staff were incredible! They were able to fill all 4 of my son's cavities in one sitting. They had a TV that he could watch. Luckily they had Teen Titans his favourite show. At the end he got a little prize pack from Dr Lo for being a good boy. Wonderful experience highly recommend.

Amazing dentist with children. My 8 year old daughter had to get three baby teeth pulled and Dr Lo was very thorough in explaining the procedure and how it would go with sedation etc. The extractions went well and my daughter hardly knew what was happening. The office is very directed at children. They love it. Not sure what the other review is about as it made me nervous but rest assured Dr Lo is definitely fabulous at her job!

Waited an 20 mins for a appointment (consultation) and my son coughed. I was than told that the doctor would not see my son and he would have to resced. Be nice to know before you head over.
