My daughter wanted a layered look with shorter layers in the front, she has super thick hair. They literally gave her a mullet! Left her crying and super upset, the cut was super choppy! They did a terrible job! For 75$ Jesus! Never go here!!!!! No stars!!! They don’t even deserve half a star!

Doesn't have a single star, worst Hair dresser. Should go and learn. I showed him a picture and still removed my whole beard instead of adjusting it. After complain he didn't accepted his mistake. Even other staff were agreeing he messed up.NEVER GO HERE.

With more than 10 years at 134 Ottawa Street North. Alex is my favourite (and only) Barber. Always available, friendly service and affordable prices. Haircuts are under $20. I'm extremely satisfied with his service.

Excellent service. I come and see Guyana every time I visit My family in Hamilton. Love her work and she does wonders with my hair. After over two years I was able to visit the salon again. Guyana is a True artist. Can't wait to come and see you again.
