Gave me a ticket in the mail…. These cops need to do their job rather than sit somewhere’s sneaky and take photos. Maybe pull some people over. That gets people off the gas more than you hiding…

Sgt. Chris Deluca is a topnotch communicator who listens to both points of view whenever concerns are brought to him and always strives to find win-win solutions. Can't say enough about him except he is 10 star material not 5 star maximum. My prediction: look for him to rise to the rank of Chief of Police candidate or higher in a provincial or federal government communications department or ministerial portfolio.

Go ahead and file a police report -- they sure as hell won't get back to you at all. Too busy at Timmies I guess. Also, the people manning the front desk have attitude problems and take it out on the public. Try not to act so inconvenienced by us reporting something. It's your job. Grow up and be better.

Excellent with a found, injured dog at 3:45pm (15 mins before 4pm close on Sundays) two summer's ago. They let Finder know where taking to 24 hr clinic immediately and why, to determine assault vs explainable injuryies. Asked if finder cud come to clinic or return Monday by 6pm, and provide witness statement!Finder assumed in a fight with another dog - but they noticed no muzzle/mouth bites but plenty of non-bleeding recent or healed torso and leg bites! Turned out this older beautiful scared pity was actually a lost adoptee; recently rescued from a farm as rehomed guard dog but surrendered to retire with 'Pit bulls for life'. Prev owners to farmer not found of course, so rescued twice with those preexisting scars when suspected to be used as bait stud! :(Clinic did not charge rescue or female owner with well-being health check - and ACC just with Intake and reduced unlicensed 'at large' charge I think? Btw curiously Edm acc allowed the owner to apply part of the at-large penalty against buying a new license, wud they have allowed a male owner to do the same..? ;)...not sure really, or maybe acc now rightfully makes us buy new licenses right there to identify whether 'problem dog's or 'houdini's who need options to improve situations, or is it escaping abusive or neglectful owners? One never knows, but they're referred to Humane Society to determine which reasoning is failing that dog- who will eventually be taken by traffic or predation without anyone noticing before hand that at-risk... :(

Terrible experience. Will not help you in anyway. Will not get back to you to follow up. If you want a place to talk to people who don't care about you, this is the place. I went in multiple times with legitimate evidence on a hit and run and yet not a single person would even take a look at my car. Front end staff are rude and don't want you to talk to them.

Decided to take a visit to my local police station to make a theft report and the officer was extremely rude and mentioned he can't do anything because it's not a emergency.. I'm sure laziness was the main reason he didn't wanna help, the station was completely empty and he wouldn't even give me the time of day.

How can people respect police law? When police do the same. Careless drivers, fail to signal when changing lane, driving to close to peoples, driving really faster. We all see that. Rude when you call the front desk or you go in person.

This police station has exemplary service - i needed help with processing background checks on Saturday and they were so helpful. Both the cops and the staff are efficient, polite and helpful. Stations like these are setting the example of how you bridge strong relationships between police and the community - great work guys.

They were very gentle when they handcuffed me, and their petrol vehicles are incredibly roomy. Overall very professional. Will get arrested by them again, for sure.

The officers in this station are great, helpful & kind.Went there with my 4 Years old son & with them being that busy especially with all the collision reports they are dealing with, they still made the time & had a nice chat with my son & gave him the drawing police book with the coloring pens.Thank you so much, you guys are awesome.
