Dhyana Cleaning

This review is not in regards to their services but about how irresponsible and careless they acted towards potential employees. They had contacted me through Indeed to set up a phone interview. We messaged back and forth with time and date confirmed. I had cleared that day and time to dedicate to this interview and they stood me up. They didn't even message me to let me know the interview was cancelled. It is understandable if they hired someone for the position, but they still owe applicants a cancellation message. It is the minimum courtesy anyone can offer. I found it very unprofessional, disrespectful and irresponsible.They might have good reviews when it comes to how they treat their clients, but a company truly shows their values in the way they treat their employees or people they are dealing with for potential employment.I have zero respect for this company. I'm glad I don't work for them.

I'll admit - we got a bit lazy with our housekeeping over the pandemic...and then we had some renovations done adding insult to injury (or dust on top of dust). The Dhyana came in an saved the day. They exceeded every expectation we had and redefined what clean is for our home. Their attention to detail was outstanding. They were efficient and faster than expected - and the pricing was very reasonable given the amount of time and effort they put in. Not only will we be continuing to use the Dhyana team going forward, we're also recommending them to anyone who asks.

Preface: I did not get the chance to use their services.We contacted Dhyana to do a deep cleaning of our apartments. Started out great, with prompt response. They even offered to send someone out for an in-person estimate. We arranged for a time for the person to come. A few minutes before the appointment, they messaged to say they needed to reschedule. No problem. We rescheduled. The person did come on time and she was lovely. Talked to us about our needs and took some pictures and said they will give us an estimate tomorrow or day after.A week gone by, no response. I reached out to follow up. No response. I gave them another chance two days later.... Still nothing. I have never been ghosted by a cleaning service before so that a first. Too bad, I was really looking forward to using Dhyana given the great reviews here.

I can't say enough about my satisfaction with Dhyana Cleaning. From the initial enquiry (with a manager so good at what she does, she had me laughing at her Martha Stewart references), to the reasonable price quoted, on to their willingness to adjust their schedule twice as mine changed, and finally to the top-notch job done by a young cleaner who was both thorough and fast, I can't imagine how another service could reasonably compete. Dhyana Cleaning has been our go to cleaner for our rental the past few months and we're really happy to be working with them. I schedule by email and they're quick to respond. Availability and quality of work is really good. They also give us feedback in case there's something wrong in the unit that we didn't know about.

I've used Dhyana cleaning for monthly cleans and a deep clean for my elderly parents. Communication was clear and timely while setting up our contract, the working team that arrived for the deep clean was professional and highly competent. They stayed an extra 1.5hrs to really make sure they left the apartment to their high-quality standards, without charging extra. They truly care about doing their job well. I'd highly recommend them and their team, really wonderful to work with!

I am new to using this company, but even after my first time I was so impressed with the professionalism and detailed work. Amy deep cleaned my home and really paid attention to the problem areas, did her work quietly and efficiently and worked within my given time frame. I also inquired about helping out for a deep clean at my office after some extensive renovations and the whole team was so accommodating with my tight timeline, to help me out to get things up and running asap. Will be continuing working with them on an on going basis. Highly recommend!
