I've read some bad reviews, mine experience was good, I called 3 days before I needed a pick up truck and car hauler rental for the last weekend of the month, no other uhaul had a pick up truck. His was getting service but assured me it would be ready for Friday night pick up, he wasn't sure about the car hauler for friday night pickup, so asked me to call back the next day. Long story short he got what I needed for when I needed, had to get the car hauler from another location but not a big deal, since I needed it. Also got me a great deal on a 1200 round trip with the pick up truck. No complaints. Good guy to deal with. I showed respect talking to him and he went above for me.

Avoid this location as they should NOT be trusted with your important moving day plans. The in-store representative was rude over the phone when I was trying to verify that my truck would be guaranteed for the next day. He hung up on me, then called me back and lied saying my truck was NOT going to be available. When I called the 1-800 number they confirmed it was not canceled and my truck was in fact guaranteed. When I picked up the truck, the pictures to verify the truck condition did not match the truck I rented as there was significant damage not present in the picture. In fact, on further inspection I could tell the pictures were taken from a completely different truck with similar pictures. Very sketchy! Use a different truck service or at least a different Uhaul location!

Would give zero if possible.Absolutely disrespectful staff at this location.Arrived to pick up our Uhaul at 8am, the representative didn't bother to appear until 9am and then gave a hard time about the rental using debit Visa. Which head office said would not be an issue and just a high deposit was required.The representative then refused to go in the store and forced to process payment in the parking lot, super sketchy. Claimed they couldn't get in the mall.... we were waiting inside the mall since 8am in front of their store, so that was nonsense.Rental was to include a dolly which the rep proceed to remove before and refused to provide even though it was part of the registration.On return the rep called demanding an extra $200 in fees! He wanted us to pay for the extra day a second time even though it was already paid to head office. When we asked for am itemized invoice he said he refused twice, after the second request he not only refused to provide the invoice but then proceed to say he'll just send us to collections and Hu g up the phone.The cost.of the rep being late COST us over $100 on lost time we paid movers to help withThe refusal to provide the requested dolly resulted in hours of additional work, Injuries and costs.Absolutely disrespectful workers, incompetent and rude.

I requested a dolly in the reservation and the equipment was not available inside the truck. The office was closed even though it was 10AM on a weekday. On top of all the incovinience of moving without the dolly, they charged me for the equipment even after I disputed the charge in the payment process. I'm never using uhaul again.

Stood there for 20 minutes while the guy sat on the phone. Said once he’ll be just a few minutes. Gave up after 20 min. Without a glance upLeft. Useless. Went somewhere else

AVOID. Business has added charges to my cc, beyond what was quoted. Extra charges of some $114, the day I rented a truck for Barrie-Midland l, and one more over a month later, a Toll Charge for the same rental. How many people gave missed these extras"?. AVOID"

Worst UHaul location ever, the person running this office is very rude and liar.I reserved a truck online over two month in advance for my house move. I called the office few days before my move to confirm if everything is okay, the person told me yes all good, but he then asked my how many KM I will be driving the tuck for 3 days.I told him less than 100k and he sounded like he didn’t like that.Few minutes later UHaul head office called me to tell me my reservation is cancelled due to the truck been in the shop and they offered me another truck from another office located over 50k away from me.They said they will give me credit for 50$ hahahahahaI said no and want my truck in the same location.The lady hung up the phone on me, and then the office dude called me telling me that I don’t understand and I should try to listen to they telling me and they offered my a discount and he said take it or leave it.He also said if I pay him he will get me the truck form the other office.When I freaked on him and told him I am not going to be quite about his scam he sent me a text threatening me that he will call the police .Anyways I just drove by his office and sure enough the truck is parked there and not in the mechanic shop like he claimed

Booked a 6x12 trailer last week and said it was available, 2 days before my move they just call to tell me it's no longer available and changed me to a 5x8 trailer which is useless to me... Not happy with this service. No point in making a reservation.

I had a great experience yesterday/today! Very accommodating, friendly and professional!I had an issue this morning and was running a bit late I called him and explained everything he was very helpful and said I was OK to have the truck a couple extra hours as no one needed it right away! Moving is very stressful especially a last minute move he was very understanding and helped to make mine and my husband's experience that much better!! I will definitely be back and recommend them to everyone!
