The gentleman at Ford Montmorency who served me was great. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Even though the staff was limited that day I didn’t wait long.

Good service but very very expensive at a 128$ an hour . I went in to have my car fixed because there was a noise coming from the front passenger side they fixed something .It cost me almost a 1000 $ and the noise was still there I brought it back a month later and it cost me another 3 or 4 hundred dollars . Plus when I wanted to keep a part they said I had to pay 45 dollars to have it . It's mine why should I have to pay for something that belongs to me ?

Very frierdly staff. Although i arrived one hour earlier than scheduled they accomodate my timing for servicing my car and.....with a free coffee.Tkx philipe ....very polite staff and professional .they explained very well what to do in the car after each segment of drive.

i can say the worst repair shop ever!!!! strongly recommend to not go there at all. i have changed my bumper and the color does not match and they tries always to play and make you fool to accept. but actually the color does not match to my car body because they don't have experience how to blind the replace bumper. they will destroy your car. the bumper they installed is not the right one so i am still dealing with my insurance to get fixed my car. so i strongly recommend to not go there you will not be satisfy at all. you guys will destroy your car with Ford Montmorency service department. also the light that they fixed is still showing me back light malfunction!!!

The service here is extraordinarily excellent. Very honest and trustworthy. I absolutely won't buy anywhere else
