Wicker Land Outdoor Patio Furniture

Thanks Ken and Jim for welcoming us to the Traegerhood. Purchased the new Timberline, and almost every Traeger accessory.. No pressure sales, just well informed staff.. Thx folks..

Extremely disappointed. I had heard great things about Wicker Land so we decided to buy a fire table from them.The in store experience was OK, the selection of fire tables was probably better than other places we looked at. From the moment we picked our table to the eventual cancellation of our order was an experience that I would like to forget.After 67 days of frustrating follow ups with numerous sales representatives we decided to throw in the towel. We struggled with all kinds of issues including Wicker Land selling us a fire table that they didn't have all the pieces for, to Wicker Land forgetting to put the order in for the missing pieces, to dealing with a supplier that took weeks to provide a replacement part (they provided the wrong piece by the way)...Today we found out that the correct pieces hadn't been re-ordered and that they would not be able to provide an estimate for when they may obtain the correct pieces. The options they gave us were to wait for an unknown additional period of time for the correct piece to arrive or get a refund. After having to ask for some kind of compensation for our time wasted, they best they were willing to do was $100 store credit. No thanks, $100 dollar discount is not worth potentially re-living that experience.

I BOUGHT MY BRAND NEW TRAEGER TIMBERLINE XL from WICKER LAND about a WEEK AGO, and over the LAST MONTH, the STAFF of KIMBERLEY, JIM and JOHN were VERY FRIENDLY, EXTREMELY KNOWLEDGEABLE and ALWAYS HELPFUL when I CALLED for ADVICEor ASKED QUESTIONS!!!I LIVE 1 and 1/2 HOURS AWAY and I was VERYIMPRESSED with the PRODUCT and SERVICE!!!HATS OFF to WICKER LAND and I THANK ALL of the WONDERFUL STAFF!!!

I ordered an umbrella 10 days ago. Wrote them to find out what is the status of my order. They replied that they only have showroom models left (used). How long would they have made me wait and kept my money? A month? Absolutely terrible business and not trustworthy at all in my experience. Take your money fast but zero follow up afterwards. Even as I write this they claim to have the same umbrella in stock which is true if you consider used floor models “in stock”.

Recently purchased a new patio set, fire table and day bed with Wickerland. When we got our load home, we realized the pick up department had sent us home with the wrong chairs.I was EXTREMELY impressed with the level of service we received to rectify what could have been a super frustrating experience. Kudos to Jim and his team for delivering a great experience even though not everything went smoothly.

OH MY GOSH!!! I LOVE IT!!!on my way out the store i just HAD to pick up a yeti cup, which i cannot find anywhere else! perfect array of colours and sizes. Now to the furniture. absolutely the best wicker chair i’ve ever put my butt in. i would sleep in this chair if it was bigger, not that it isn’t the perfect size for my needs. I met the most adorable young lady there by the name of M something, my memory has been worse lately. she was very sweet and directed me to my new favourite chair, she even helped me pick out the most amazing barbecue rub. my husband loves it.thank you Ms. M!Lots of love form a newly devoted customer!!

Fantastic service while shopping for a fire table. Thrilled with our new Vulcan Outdoor Fire Pit…the size and ease of use is perfect for our space. Pleasantly surprised by the amount of heat that this unit provides.

Like the fact that they carry Traeger supplies. Now they need to get all their staff trained up on Traeger

I am writing this review a few months after receiving my furniture and umbrella. I am so glad I went to Wickerland. Their selection and quality of products cannot be bettered. Sure, it costs more but you definitely get what you pay for. I know it will last so much longer than the cheap stuff at other stores. The staff was friendly and helpful and I especially appreciated Aaron's guidance when it came to colour choice. To really enjoy your outdoor space, Wickerland is a must see" shop to create your sanctuary."

Went into Wicker Land not knowing what to expect and I found one of the best smoking and BBQing stores in town. Large selection of unique smokers, pellets, rubs, and sauces... I could have stayed in a lot longer with a blank checkbook. With the wife's approval of coarse ;-). Highly recommend this store for anyone who loves smoking and BBQing.Still need to visit the rest of the store.
