Auto Rescue Towing

Called them to tow my vehicle It took them 5hours to bring it to the place and when I got it was totalled it and sgi wrote it off and all the drive said oh sorry it fell off the truck. they won’t take accountability for it and won’t pay the deductible.

We phoned Astro to do a tow at the Saskatoon impound, they said they would be there in 15 minutes. They showed up on time! The tow truck driver had awesome backup skills as the spot was really tight! Great job!!

Last week as we know it was very cold. Through GM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE a call was put in to this establishment. After 2.5 hrs after not hearing from company I contacted them via info that roadside assistance have forwarded me. There was estimated time with arrival from a legit link that was sent to me via RSA with auto rescue number on it and all there info. I call this number and asked what was taking so long only to be snubbed by dispatcher that I was yelling at her when cleary I was not. She stated to me that they had no record of any call for that adress and convincingly told me that it was a mistake on my end. Later that day after getting truck started by own devices GM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE contacted me wondering if still need a boost and that the wait times would be 900 minutes. They also told me that they could assure me and had proof that AUTO RESCUE was indeed called but did not have resources to help my situation. I'm here to say this.Tho company is complete joke for gaslightimg me and putting the blame elsewhere. It was -30 degrees outside and they failed to help me in a non life threatening situation which leads me to believe that they have ZERO interest in any consumer's or servicing GM ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE. I will never in my life call this pos place again and the dispatch should be reprimanded for lying to customers and failing to serve a contract with GMC. So typical in this day and age are these company's with employees that are willing to do anything to cover there lies and bs as well go against contracts and the well being of customers who are no longer treated with dignity or respect. Auto rescue would get ZERO start if possible. Thanks for ruining my day and know this review will deter lots of people. Look at my views you incompetent useless scrapy at best

Not even close to professional service by driver, worst customer service, no difference even when tried to talk to manager. Probably they have policy in place to hang up on customers when unable to explain the provided service against the charges.

This auto towing company is the best. Not only did I get great service, Jason followed me to the repair shop , just in case. They are very professional, courteous and inexpensive, they are also very caring. I will recommend you to everyone I know. Hope you all have a merry Christmas and a safe and safe holiday.

This is by far the worst and most unprofessional towing company in the whole entire provinces! BEWARE!I called here, for the first time today, to get my car pulled out of the snow. The guy didn't pull the car out instead broke the air valve and flattened the tire. The guy knew what he did so he offered to change the tire in the spot. But when I saw him unscrew the bolt of the tire before lifting the car up, I immediately told him to stop. I didn't want him to make more damages to my car. He told me he has to charge me the service fee but I can call customer service and deal with my refund.I called customers service, for the refused, and greeted by the rudest woman I have ever met in my life. She try to gaslight me saying it is not his fault as if she was at the spot at the time of the incident. At the end, they charged me $50 for damaging my tire, which cost me $200 to fix.I believe they stayed open all these years through treachery and scamming people. Worst place I have ever dealt with.I suspect the other reviews are fake, probably get their friends to give them 5 starts.

Josh was very knowledgeable in regards to safety question I had, and changed the tire fast and made sure it was tight, he also informed us what not to do while the donut is on, very professional and I recommend this business for your towing needs etc

They came quickly on a -35 morning to tow my car into the shop. Everything went great. No fuss no muss. Would call them again.
