Lots of stock in the very large walk in cooler room. Helpful staff. I did a very complex tasting order of like 30 different single cans of IPA's, done online, and there were some mistakes in the order that they caught themselves when I was picking it up, and had to make some changes due to stock, but they were good about it. A unique situation. All other times, just go in, grab a couple of cases, and all is smooth. Clean. Lots of parking.

The store seems full and has complete supply of different leading brands of beers both local and international brands, though they need to improve their returned bottles deposit section it looks disorganized and smelly from empty return bottles.

It's a great beer store location! The layout is really nice. Staff is always great. Returning stuff is a breeze. Great selection of beer available at all times! Better than the one in my hometown, that's for sure!

The Beer Store has come a long way since I can remember. I really like the new walk-in concept. For several years since they closed The Queensway location I will drive to this location rather than using the standard Islington & Mimico outlets. The social distancing rules were being adhered to and staff friendly and knowledgeable. I just hope they will reopen with this concep at the new Queensway & Royal York Beer Store.

As small as they get. They offer express pickup" where you order and pay before you get to the store. But they make you stand in the same long line out the door as everyone else. There's literally no point. None. Shop elsewhere (like the LCBO) who actually offer express pickup."

Extremely poorly managed. Been going here for years. I often require my service animal depending on the situation. Never had an issue with this. She is cleaner and behaves better then most of the costumers here. However today I was told that “Dogs are not allowed”.Will be filing a complaint with the accessibilityact. We have become a segregated Canada.
