Jose is an amazing jeweller. He has accommodated me through the process and allowed me to take my time with the ring engagement/wedding ring purchase. He doesn't push you and wants to make sure that his customers feel like they're confident about their decision.I also learned that he has a workshop in the back so he hand makes the rings unlike other jewelleries in Metro Van. I needed some of my jewellery repaired. My earrings are like brand new again. He put the sparkle back in my 50 year old wedding ring. I lost the stone in my engagement ring and Jose made it look like brand new again. Very friendly staff. This jewellery store never disappoints!

A few years ago I had a Tiffany bracelet rotated and polished.Recently I had an other bracelet link removed to fit my wrist.Most recently, I had this inherited cultured pearl necklace re-strung & polished.I found the staff to be helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly.

Jose took the time to go over multiple different options with me to create the perfect engagement ring for my now fiancé. We couldn’t find the specific shape she wanted, so he ended up getting a raw diamond cut, then created the ring exactly how she wanted it. She is so happy with it, and I would highly recommend going with Jose to create any custom piece of jewelry.

José is an absolute artist. When my husband and I were married we had matching rings, but he lost his. For our 40th anniversary I asked José to make a new ring that matched mine. It's perfect! José also polished my ring and tightened a loose stone, so they are both like new! Ready for another 40 Years!
