Horrible place to load at, truck drivers are treated like dirt, and shipping has no idea of load securement requirements of the Ministry of Transport.They want to put plastic under the unit's so they can slide better when you brake and there is on place to tie down unit when flat on floor, as they don't want units loaded on top of dunnage, so as to give a way to try to secure with downward force. Engineers need to design a way to make possible to fasten straps or chains to unit for transport.
