Spyros and his team were extremely helpful in getting my Old MTL condo sold. His approach is very friendly but also realistic, all of his recommendations were on point and he was able to help coordinate everything flawlessly without me having to micro manage everything. From listing the property to getting photos, reviewing and tweaking the ad, working with the buyer's notary and setting up a virtual meeting for the final closing with the buyer's notary, just really easy to work with.
