Chicken wasn’t soggy but I think they are messing around with the spices. Way too much pepper and some other spice isn’t part of the original recipe.

This KFC has to be the worst of them all, the batter on the chicken spicy or original has no taste, cant even taste the salt, ive tried this place several times thinking its my taste buds but no its how they prepare their rubbish food, and the chicken meat itself is rubbery and doesnt feel right eating it, they must use sick or dying chicken, a truly horrifying eating experience for the gut to feel sick after consuming from this place.

Had a recent makeover, very modern and clean. The employee has to open the washroom for access. KFC has a special going on. Purchased take out for the little one. 2 chicken combo pack for $5.28+ hst. Their are other features at this price.

Have to call people out on their b.s and poor service. I dined in here on Monday starving got the tender box deal and my friend got a 6 piece bucket. The tender has a different seasoning to the chicken which I prefer and everything was fine till 1 a.m. in the night I found myself getting woken up to a sore stomach next time I know I discovered I had the usual food poison symptoms. I was sweaty etc and livid as I eat at KFC and never had an experience as such but this location does rub me the wrong way as they're always so slow one person on cash the seats and tables are left dirty and theres one manager who sits around and watch the employee's not willing to help speed up the line wait. They even forgot to give my cookies and had to remind them so obviously next day I went get a refund the manager gives me a hard time stating we serve 300+ customers a day and asked what food poisoning I had like wth now you accusing me of lying I just want my money back. He makes me wait on the side while he chats on the phone and finally when I get back to the cash I had issues putting in my debit pin. I requested to just give me the money instead but no so now I have to go through my bank to clear this mess up honestly and to make it worse I once spotted rat nearby in this plaza also they don't wear gloves.

I am vegetarian and one of my friend suggested me to try kfc’s plant based chicken burger. I decided to try kfc around 9:30 at night and I went here. It was almost a closing time for them because I reached there around 9:55.I just asked them that i am here for plant based chicken burger and they happily accepted my order and made me a burger and fries combo during their closing period.For customer service I will definitely give 5 stars.Burger was so good. I tried it for first time and I loved it. Fries was also good. The burger patty was nice and crispy. The only thing i felt missing was dressing portion. They put dressing in burger but i felt it wasn’t enough. There should be bit more dressing to make burger more tastier. Other than that i loved it.

So went in today to try that new promotion they been advertising the 8 pc crispy chicken meal… turns out it’s only spicy which would’ve been fine for me but wife can’t handle it … so ordered the original chicken … when they served my fries I noticed it was only for one person so I let them know they were missing the second fries which the lady responded “that’s how it is” and I said “well no cause you advertise two small fries and this clearly is one “ which she tell mrs they added extra and I had a hard time seeing the extra because it was just whatever was in the small fry bag … thankfully after arguing back and forth she gave me the second small fry… when we got home to eat it the breading on the chicken was soggy and tasted like the oil in the fryer never been cleaned all day and the fries ended up being cold… I live only 5min away there no way fries get cold that fast when you’re driving not eating here again!

The delay in taking orders is unreal.Counter asked me wait for 5 mins before the order could be taken,when there was no one in queue.didnt bother waiting.
