The tech that came out, Ian, was really great- he was very friendly, professional, and extraordinarily courteous. He was able to quickly diagnose the issue with our air conditioner. It turned out that the compressor was slightly low on gas, and he had to add a small amount to get the system to stop faulting and shutting itself down. He cleaned up after himself, gave us suggestions for future maintenance of the unit, and it has been working great for a few weeks now. The office staff was also very responsive in dealing with booking and the bill- I'd definitely use them again.

We had an issue with our hot water tank. Streamline offered us same day appointment and resolved the issue that day. We have used Streamline's services in the past. This company has always provided us with professional top notch service. We would definitely recommend this company for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Jordan was efficient and kept us informed throughout a plumbing emergency. He came to us on a Sunday and charged us fairly. He also explained all the details and was very caring and left the job very clean. Would definitely recommend his services.

I had to replace both furnaces and was referred to Streamline Plumbing and Heating. Right off the hop they were professional and helpful. Jordan was very informative and knowledgeable, explaining everything I asked (I like to ask questions!) He listened to my needs and recommended and sold exactly what was required, whereas my experiences with other companies seemed to push me in a direction that was best for them. Great job with no surprises - what was promised and quoted was delivered. I will continue to use them in the future.

We needed a bathroom faucet replaced. Wasn't an urgent issue, but they managed to get a tech out the same day. The tech, Tom, was fast, professional, and friendly. Due to the previous job being much more complicated than anticipated (obviously out of Streamline's control), Tom was late but apologetic and calm. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Streamline and we will definitely use them again for any plumbing needs!EDIT: Had a great experience, but I think this company is closed. Their contact email bounced back undeliverable and both phone numbers didn't work. Just mailbox is full" error. Too bad! Had a good experience with them in the past."

Streamline came and did some venting work on my house. I am very pleased with the quality of work and overall services. I was able to schedule for an appointment quickly. The technician, Jason came on time, reviewed my requirements, provided an accurate estimate, came back and installed the vents as it was explained. The quality of work was excellent. He walked through his work to ensure I got everything I needed.I definitely will consider Streamline in the future and recommend this company to others.

My furnace quit working the other day. I called Streamline to come do the repair late Monday afternoon. They were able to get to me within a few hours. They discovered a huge hole in my heat exchanger (16 years old). They were able to set up some temporary heaters to get me through the night.They returned the following morning and installed a new furnace.The whole experience with them was great right from the moment I called. They had excellent service and their install team was great. I have two small children at home and the guys were polite and kind to my prying children.Great Crew, Great Service. I called Streamline when my boiler went down this time last year.I must admit I had called another company first as they had some flashy advertising. This company showed up and told me that my boiler needed replacement and said they would give me a price right away. Still waiting for that price! LolAnyway, thankfully my next call was to streamline. They actually spent some time diagnosing the issues with my boiler and then presented me with the repair options and replacement options. I chose both!They repaired the boiler that same morning and got us some much needed heat. The boiler that I chose for a replacement was a few weeks out. On a much warmer day Streamline replaced my boiler and some piping. They did a Fantastic job and it's obvious they actually care about their customers.I now have a high efficient boiler and it's been almost a year. The savings have been great and the boiler has been trouble free.I post this add almost a year later when Streamline did a courtesy maintenance/check up call.Thank You Streamline. Great Service!
